No products available for a year, no explanation from customer service
I have been using Biotherm products for at least 25 years and like them a lot.
However, since about a year, the products I have been purchasing are not longer available, only showing "coming soon. It has been a year and still no products available on their internet site. Biotherm does NOT sell their products in any physical store, unlike in other countries like Canada. I called canadian customer service by mistake and they have the products in question, they also sell them in department stores.
Yesterday I called US customer service and was basically told they do not know why the products are not available and when they will be available. I sent an e mail complaint. Today I received a response saying they do not know when there will be availability and that I should set up an alert on specific products. I consider this a zero response.
If Biotherm wants to discontinue selling their products in the US, they are doing a good job. Not doing a good job in selling products and handling customer inquiries.
I will have to look for a replacement label.
