Still waiting for my òrder of Testoultra 5 Pack since 13 June 2022.They keep on saying there is a delay because of the 'hoiliday' or high demand of the product .They emailed me the socal led tracking number ALS20220614ZA5590087 the number my local postal office claims there is no such number.

I just got scammed with this company, my order was supposed to be £70, they instantly took £124 from my credit card, I phoned by bank right away and blocked my card, No among shown at checkout and no confirmation just an email about a membership! feel so stupid I thought it was dragons den, I’m normally so careful, why are they still trading as some reviews are quite old

Its a scam . When i order keto Extreme Burner. They took nearly 90 dollar from my account . I dont even get Any products or Any order confirmation . They took money from my account
Its 100% scam . Dont even go to there websites .

I tried Keto Extreme after reading your ads. After 5 weeks I can confirm no change whatsoever in my weight. I now have re-read the ads and failed to find confirmation of the "research" on-line.
This kind of promotion should be illegal

This is the biggest scam ever.. Paid over 2 months ago and nothing not even a response to an email...

Like most here , was looking for a reputable company to assist with, in my case weight loss.I followed a bogus link involving Shark Tank, but thought i had researched diligently before purchasing Keto Xtreme.Goods were promptly dispatched and in due course stated delivered though i never received.After repeated emails to support email, without response, goods arrived without any scan history, but i count myself lucky to have received my three bottles.After reading the trustpilot reviews, i won't be purchasing again.Buyer beware.For all those interested in weight loss methods, i can recommend intermittent fasting 16:8

I ordered from this company, they charged over twice the amount, I contacted them the response I got back was it has already been sent so they wouldn't refund, I have never received the product and I was offered a 50 % refund which I never got either. I order 3 bottles @$54.95 and was charged $327 not sure where they learned to add. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Ordered product $49. Thought strange no confirmation email, so checked bank. $375 charged. Phoned my bank, they are trying to get refund.

Very misleading advertising thought we were dealing with a product backed by the Dragons den should have got a special offer buy three bottles and get two free which we believe should’ve been around £90 we couldn’t see the purchase price and after buying this product we found that the company was billing us for £176 immediately sent an email saying that this was wrong got no reply. After reading the small print we found we could ask for full refund within 30 days . We sent another two emails asking for full refund guess what no reply. Today we received five bottles with no information with it so basically there’s overcharge of £80 this company is the disgrace.Scam scam scam. Also who knows if it is safe to take.?

Can you give minus stars? This company has not supplied the product but are refusing to refund my credit card. Stay away from them! They are atrocious at communication.

I made an order, got the tracking number

SCAM Company.
Products paid for on 3 Sept 2021 never arrived. BioTrim Labs insisted the products were shipped and landed. I checked with our local post and courier who had not received said package. It was already two months after they charged my card $226.38 for products I would never receive.
I requested a refund but they wanted to reship the products which I declined and insisted on a refund. They said the refund had been processed and could take 7-10 days to receive.

Today 16 March 2022, I just rang their customer service line +1 (877) 496-6522 and waited an hour on the phone with only an automated voice continually telling me to stay on the line and a customer service representative would be with me shortly. I'm guessing I would still be waiting several hours later and the call would never be answered by a real person. What a joke.

I have sent my email trail to the Fraud Dept in hopes to get BioTrim Labs shut down.

i have just been notified by my bank that this company has charged my credit card. i have never heard of them and as a pensioner i would never pay $200 for something on line and anything i do buy on line is through paypal. i have just received a message to say my order has been sent. i have tried contacting them but everything is returned to me. thank god my bank were on the ball and contacted me regarding the charge. this company is a scam big time.

Got a notification that my account was hacked. Looked through emails and saw I had been signed up for their premium package. I had never signed up or purchased anything. Cancelled bank card. Pursuing a refund on the amount that had gone through. A complete scam.

I brought two bottles of keto fat burner and got six which was advertised on Facebook.it was supposed to be endorsed by dragons den and the founders of the business was two sisters.tonight another keto fat burner was advertised and once again supported by the same dragons den personnel.strange dragons den two same product and once again the name has changed along with the packing for advertising reasons
