I placed my 1st order with BioWellnessX on 5/9/2025. It arrived on 5/12. The packaging is impressive. That's about the only good thing I have to say about BioWellnessX & their product. I decided to give them another try. BIG mistake! They "lost" my 6/7/2025 order after charging my card. Customer service denied that I placed an order even after contacting them repeatedly over a 2 day period. And providing screenshots of my email confirmation AND an email notification from my bank. Yesterday (Monday 6/9), I finally got a confirmation email. I won't receive my order until Friday 6/13 when the mail is delivered @ 4 pm. Sorry but No! A 6 & a half day turnaround is absolutely unacceptable! Not to mention that I had to file a complaint with The FTC to even get them to ship my order or refund my $$$. AND their product is HARSH!!! I'm talkin' a major cough fest!!! There are literally hundreds of these sites online. Pick one! Any one at random & I promise you, you will receive a better product & actual customer service ... except Bay Smokes. Stay away from them too!

I am being charged a 25% restocking fee to return the item and also I have to pay to ship it back. It was the wrong size. Not what I needed, but I’m being punished for it. Never again will I order from you again.

The Red Light Therapy device I received has been a great addition and helpful for my Private Skincare Practice. My clients love it during their facial treatments. I’d definitely buy from this company again. Everything went so smoothly after I purchased. I appreciate it.

Great product, good price but the shipping time was a little drug out. Communication was there overall and shipping cost was reasonable. Will I buy from them again, definitely!!
