Major Issues trying to return

So they use a company called Aly Service who is part of Aly Rental in Milan who were open on the 22nd Aug so could have easily had the car keys back on the actual agreed date. So as part of the conversation I urgently asked to check if I had left something in car took multiple emails and calls but then got reply that nothing was found. So when asking for deposit back was told I still had to wait as the return was not completed yet the system says completed and nothing else recorded. So again you guys really need to look at the follow up and some simple basic customer service.
Reading the reviews this appears to be the main method for getting a response to issues. Second time using Bipi now and so far been great although the current issue is trying to return the car. From the outset they knew the return date its on the contract. As per agreement emailed to confirm date and received email confirming 22nd before 1pm. Replied saying ok, is it possible to potentially change to 15th. Then radio silence for over a week no email no response. So called them suddenly everything is wrong. Office closed the date was not agreed we are closed. Can you return in september - No , Can you get someone else to return - so expect somebody to drive 200km with no return! And still no real solution. I have flights booked other arrangements when I get home so what do you want to do with your car!
