Went to view cars at Kia Birchwood Washington. I was greeted by Matthew Hemingway who explained everything about the car, I took the car on a test drive and loved it. We sat down to do all the paperwork and agree a price. Matthew could not have done anymore, it was a very smooth transaction. He followed up the visit with emails to keep me up to date. When I returned to collect the car, Matthew explained the controls and set up my phone to the Bluetooth. This is my second purchase from Birchwood and I would 100% recommend and would definitely use again. Thank you Matthew.

Tristan was very patient,friendly and helpful.Listened to what we required and sourced the vehicle to match.

The only negative was that the car had 2 very small chips on the rear doors, Tristan arranged for some top up paint, problem now resolved.However, I would have expected these to have been "touched up" by SLM before the handover.

After a very bad experience with our local Kia Dealership in Coulsdon we visited Kia Washington and couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised. I bought a 2nd hand Sportage GT Line S with low mileage this week. Joshua, the sales executive was very professional and explained all paperwork very well. I also bought a "gap insurance" at the same time.
Car was as described, with just one scratch on one alloy. Very happy with the service, and will recommend to friends and family.
