Extremely fast delivery. The tea's smell amazing. I ordered a few and I've just had the moondrops tea and it's amazing and believe me it really does make you feel tired. I will definitely be ordering more. Thank you for making amazing tea's

Just been to the York store, where the manager and assistant manager were lovely! They were helpful and knowledgeable. We tried a few teas before I chose a starter kit and a couple of loose leaf teas! Can't wait to try them. Thank you

Disappointed to say the least, first purchase in Covent Garden at the weekend. Splashing £7+ on 15 tea bags… thinking wow, this must be good. Got my favourite, lemon & ginger, only to be disappointed by drinking the weakest tasting tea I’ve ever had. Stick to PUKAA… thanks for robbing me blind 🤣🥴

I ordered the selection box mostly for the banana as I'd tried banana elsewhere it arrived damaged and the tins had leaked one being the banana and quite a bit was missing I emailed bird and blend with photos they would not refund me and offered an £18 gift card I've realised this is for online orders which I wouldn't place after this..so its been a waste you also need more than half a teaspoon as instructed the flavours are very underwhelming so for the price very disappointing.

I had an incident with my matcha and got in touch with the team at bird and blend and was quickly resolved and replaced within the same day! Thank you so much Claire for getting in touch and helping me out!

This company is amazing! The products are always great, but their customer service is a real highlight for me: whether it’s personal touches and free samples included in the package, or simply getting back to any queries rapidly - and with a helpful, friendly attitude! - I’m really happy to be supporting Bird & Blend. I’m looking forward to keep doing so for a long time to come!

Nice teas but was quite disappointed to have placed an order and receive no samples.. the website says 2 given with every order

Recently attended a tea blending event at the Nottingham store - it was such a lovely evening and Pippa and Indie were really welcoming and informative and made it a great evening. Lots of teas to taste and you get to blend your own and take them away at the end. Highly recommend this event if you love tea and want something different for the evening.

Fantastic customer service. Great matcha. They all taste so good and fresh. Every shop is fabulous. Especially the Oxford branch. Every time I go there, I get the lovely, delicious taste.

Yes you did but it was 12 hours after the sale ended you could of honored the order easily and you didn't it's fine I got my teapot elsewhere it actually worked out better you lost a over 50 pound order and a customer I lost nothing I'm glad buisness is doing so well you can turn away customers in this climate I was buying your tea for gifts to potentially bringing you new customers.

that order included a gift for my sister who's having cancer treatment but that's okay I'm using teapsy and whittard as there customer service was just better for me no shade but I've had more than one poor experience with your company now and I'd rather shop elsewhere

Regarding their tea advent calendars...

I've only been a B&B customer for about a year or so but can't fault any of their products/team/shops. I know this is terrible to admit but despite intermittently working in Japan i.e. land of matcha I'd much rather be whisking up some Mince-Pie-Matcha

The Matcha Calendar - 10/10 (obvious why it sells out!). I'm loving working through it. I've bought two of their matcha selection packs previously so this calendar is just dreamy.

General tea advent calendar - Yes I really liked this. Packaging is just wonderful and so sustainable but really classy. Only thing I would say - is that I'd have liked a wider selection of black teas and less rooibos in this one

Caffeine free calendar - Wonderful and ticks so many boxes. Of course their rooibos is wonderful (so many flavours!) but maybe a selection of more fruit blends and less rooibos. But otherwise fantastic. Really liked how with this and the "standard" one there's two servings per day. That way (for me anyway) I can work through the flavours and note which ones I want to buy more of later :)

The quality and variety of teas sold at bird and blend is amazing. I have never been unhappy with a purchase because not only is the taste brilliant, they are also priced very generously for the quality! Not to mention the kindness of the staff in stores; I have been to multiple and the workers are always friendly and willing to talk and help out. Overall a fantastic shop :)

I am bitterly disappointed in Bird and Blend. I live in America, and I began an order in early November. It never arrived. I placed a new larger order on December 11. It is Christmas Eve, but my gift has not arrived. I cannot believe this has happened. I doubt I will trust them again.

My wife and I attended a tea-tasting session in Cardiff.

It was very enjoyable, and the staff were helpful and informative.

Got the advent calendar for my daughter.
She tells me the teas are great.
Lovely variety of flavours and who ever blends the teas is an absolute genius!!

Went to the tea blending workshop a couple of months back but only just getting round to leaving a review!

It was an excellent experience. The team were very helpful when we changed our booking last minute to a different day and we learnt a lot about and got to try lots of new tea blends. I would say more or a tea tasting workshop as the blending was a sort of 'add on' at the end where we were just let loose with about 10 ingredients and 10 minutes to make our blends. Only slightly disappointed by this as the workshop was so good, but just wouldn't badge it as a blending workshop (the only reason I was at all dissappointed) because we weren't given any information on blending or what/ how to blend and had limited ingredients. Now on the lookout for a proper blending workshop as this has really whetted my appetite!

Bird and Blend is one of those places you just want to keep going back to because of the quality of the tea and the brilliant service you are guaranteed in each of their shops - I've been to two of their London shops and the Brighton lanes shop, and shopped with them online. Each experience has been great, and their tea is always fun and delicious

I recently bought a tea advent calendar for my partner. It has 25 different teas, and it is packed in a very nice, quality advent calendar with individual boxes. The advent calendar was expensive; £38 for 50 teabags.

The trouble is that the teas don't taste of anything. The teas have fun and creative names like pink lemonade and gingernut biscuit...but after following the brewing instructions they all just taste the same; like foisty water.

It was very embarrassing giving my partner this gift, saying I think she will really like it (she's a tea lover) and then to see her face as she try's a couple of them.

They're totally bland. At best they taste like poor quality rooibos or black tea...at worst they just taste and smell like old water.

Id return it to the store but no longer have the receipt.

I always visit the Bristol store and the staff are the best! The store is beautiful and has such a great selection. From the moment you walk in it’s welcoming and just a lovely place to be. See you all again very soon ❤️
