The customer service and quality of products at Bird & Davis is excellent. Every time I have phoned they have been pleasant and helpful.

I placed an order on a Sunday evening for custom made stretcher bars that I needed to be delivered within one weeks time. I called the following day to find out when they would likely be made and shipped. To my surprise, they had already made them and they were in the post.
