We purchased the Super sonic Pro-Pack 2 …
We purchased the Super sonic Pro-Pack 2 with additional speakers to hopefully help with the seagull population on our building roofs. Customer service helped us in the decision making process and the order was received promptly. We installed the unit and speakers as instructed and have seen a great reduction with the numbers of birds. Only a few stragglers left.

Made in the USA and it is very noticeable that it's superior to all the Chinese garbage that is sold all over the internet. I've purchased bird spikes made in China and Bird B Gone are of higher quality.

The concept seemed good and is helping …but does not rotate
The concept seemed good and is helping however I was under the impression it would rotate when windy but it does not. The wiggle seems to be keeping them away from the immediate area and does help as a deterrent.

Put the spider up and woodpeckers were not happy, kept flying around trying to figure out what to do. It has been windy though and batteries do not last long.

So sorry the bird spider is not working as expected. The "arms" should move with this wind so the birds know not to land there. It is not necessarily the spinning that keeps the birds from landing. Remember that the birds spiders are ideal for pigeons and larger birds, small birds can get under the "arms". Let us know if you would like to return it, call us at 800-392-6915.

Contacted Bird B Gone several days ago about an issue I'm having with the Solar Bird Chase Super Sonic I purchased just a couple weeks ago. They haven't responded to me. Very disappointed.
Was finally contacted about a week after I originally posted this review. But the warranty had expired on the unit in that time. No help. Threw the unit in the trash. An expensive lesson.
But wait! Someone at Bird-B-Gone must have caught the miscue. Later I was contacted again by someone at the company to apologize for not helping me with the issue I was having with the Bird Chaser. They understood my frustration and immediately sent out a replacement unit.
Now I'm very grateful for their help. It also is apparent to me that my initial experience with customer service is NOT what Bird-B-Gone strives for. In fact they went over and above what I could have hoped for in order to ensure that I was satisfied. Thank you. I'm revising my rating to 5 stars.
