Love the set up but can't understand…
Love the set up but can't understand why we have to record tasks twice. It just adds more time on visits and also. Clients think we're on our phone texting instead of spending valuable time conversing with them.

Generally a good app
Birdie is a good app generally. I've had no major problems using it. It can be a little annoying sometimes as the tasks can double book and repeat what you've already covered.

Would be super helpful if birdie was able to log total miles from first to last client so we don't have that extra work at the end of a week/month
Would be helpful if we could tag 'discontinued/no longer needed' tasks for deletion
