On the whole it is much easier to do the daily reports on my phone. I would really appreciate it if there was, under liquids/drinks an item for MILK, SOUP, JELLY, ETC, as these are liquids, which help increase the liquid intake for our elderly clients. Please, thank you.

WELL ORGANISED APP
The company is making life more easier for service providers and service users by providing well organised tasks which are timely arranged and reminders which turn from green, amber to red if undone. Provision for a section for the explanation as to why there is a delay as well. Duties are shown according to dates and times one has to attend, time sheets and number of hours accumulated. It's simple to understand and implement. Forward Ever Backwards Never Birdie.

I am happy with Birdie. All my calls were reflecting. Birdie even asks why I am checking out late or too early. This can help me in case I am checking out by error. How ever I do not understand how it calculates total hours worked.

Your total of hours worked should appear on your timesheet via the Birdie app - as long as your visits are confirmed by your care manager. If you need more information on how this is calculated we recommend talking directly to your care manager as all care providers deal with this differently!
