Avoid

Ordered a product with a value of over £600 box was covered in indents,scratches and dirt. Sounds minor but this was for a present. The response was it’s only the box that will go in the draw and you can return but you won’t be able to ge them anywhere else

Hi Lisa, sorry to hear you are unhappy with how this was dealt with, we was more than happy to have the nash alarms sent back to us but you informed us they were a present so we simply stated that we have no more in stock and nash were also out of stock so we wouldn't be able to replace them for you if you did send them back, going by the images you sent in to us, the box had very minor marks on the bottom, but this is how they come in to us from nash but again they were very minor marks which had no affect on the actual items and i personally would say the box was not damaged, it didn't have holes in or damaged corners etc, it was a very minor scuff mark on the bottom of the box, however in our last email to yourself we said we will refund you for them as soon as they are returned etc but have since had no communication from you or any items sent back, so once again we apologize you feel this way, but we feel we done everything to help you in this matter, we was more than happy to take them back but just explained if you did send them back we wouldn't be able to replace them due to them being out of stock but would happily issue a refund for you.

Would have been more but first delivery…

Would have been more but first delivery window was poor and we waited in and then he delivered it 1.5 hours later outside the delivery time given. Caused a bit of stress for my husband who was waiting for the reel and was unable to go on his planned fishing trip. Also has to stay in the next day for 2nd delivery attempt. Luckily he was not in work
