Great experience
The team has been very helpful. I had 2 separate bookings which I had to modify twice, including once with short notice. The service was very accommodating. The driver called me after not being able to contact the passenger themselves, which allowed me to track the passenger down separately.
In terms of the bookings process: after i made the booking online, i got an email within 2 hours confirming the booking then an another email containing the pre-payment link. Later on, the company sent individual payment links for additional fees e.g. extra waiting time / short notice rescheduling which I thought was very efficient.

Unprofessional service
Booked a taxi with them to go to Birmingham airport for the 2nd of October. Driver to pick us at 5.45pm. waited till 6 driver didn't turn up, had to call an Uber. If I had waited for them, I would have missed my flight. Extremely unprofessional. Better to avoid booking with them.
