Don't trust this company

Don't trust this company. I live in Sutton Coldfield and as his/their very nice website says it covers this area I booked One man with a van for a Saturday pickup and deliver of two sofas to my son's house. Just before the pickup I was told that Saturday was no longer possible and would I be OK with Sunday. A little more trouble for my son and family now using dining room chairs for another day, but OK agreed. The day came and not only did the man and van not turn up, but they ignored all telephone calls and text message and didn't even have the decency to ring me the following day to apologise. It was very annoying - I had to make other arrangements which took a lot of time and effort. Appalling service.
