Ordered the special of getting 2 shirts plus a "free hat and crown". The hat and crown did not arrive, nor was there a note or anything about it. The khaki shirt looks nothing like the picture on the website and the writing blends into it, making parts if it unreadable due to the color being so off. The black v neck is a different fabric then the crew neck and feels very thin and cheap. Do not waste your money.

How is this ‘made in the USA’ exactly coming directly from China? Underhanded and a lie to tout that on your website.

Not a US company. Shipping of 5-7 days is inaccurate. Been 8 and still hasn't shipped from CHINA. Won't have my shirt in time for my birthday. Asking for a refund for false representation.

I bought two shirts for myself and my best friend for our upcoming milestone birthday trip. First, they didn’t include my unit number on the package and status said undelivered. I immediately contacted them and they said they would reship my order. The next day I get another notification from “Speed X” that my package was delivered. Nothing was delivered, I’ve contacted this company at least a dozen times and they replied once with the link showing it was delivered. they replied a second time saying they are not lying?? no response or resolution and I’ve been scammed. DO NOT TRUST this terrible company.

They gave me a tracking number but NEVER sent out my package. I reached out via email and IG several times when someone finally responded It was very lackluster. I feel lied to. I like I was scammed. I swear I wish I never ordered from them. I will make it a point EVERY time their ad pops up to comment how bad the service is. I wanted to help support a small business. But when stuff like this happens this is why ppl don't.

Review of Birthday Clothing
My experience with Birthday Clothing has been extremely disappointing. The tracking information provided was inaccurate from the start and repeatedly showed “order not found.” Despite multiple requests for assistance—including asking to cancel my order—I received no meaningful support, only repeated messages asking for more patience while nothing improved. Customer service was unresponsive and did not address the issue in any helpful way. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from this company. I regret my purchase and would not recommend them.

Very poor quality for the price point. Doesn't look at all like advertised

Purchased a shirt and it was too small. I also did not receive it in time for my birthday so I no longer want or need the item. I have contacted the company numerous times to request return information and a refund and I have received minimal response and now they have stopped responding. HORRIBLE customer service! Very sketchy company with deceptive business practices.

I ordered a shirt for my birthday, wrong size was sent I sent countless emails and got no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!!

No reply to request to cancel (prior to them shipping)
Received in post couple weeks later. Fabric is awful and cut felt weird.
I have sent numerous emails to return and have still not received a response.
Latest was a bounce back (so think they’ve changed their return email address)
Do not order from this business.
I will be reporting them and now stuck with a horrible product and money poorly spent.

Terrible quality of material. When asked for a return no reply. Do not order from these people. It’s a scam.
