It all came as per the delivery time frame, the products looked great, dramatically the baby came before we even had time to set up the birth pool however the customer service was very helpful in setting up a return.

We didn’t end up using it as I was sent into hospital but we blew it up and put water in it ready for that day! Unfortunately it wasn’t meant to be! But it’s a beautiful pool! We got the regular size and it’s huge! Would highly recommend!

This is the third time of ordering from Birth Pool in a box. My first 9 years ago a large blue pool which aided a wonderful home birth. We then used the pool in the garden until its demise. Second time we ordered a large blue pool again which aided a second wonderful home birth and again we used outside after. The third time we purchased the newly released white relaxing pool which was visually much more pleasing. Again it aided a wonderful third home birth. The material is thick and will last you quite some years if maintained well. Does not puncture easily withstanding quite a lot of weight is very robust. Inside the regular one you could quite easily fit three adults. I wouldn’t have gone with any other pool for my births. The price may seem high however the quality is there and they do last. No chemical smells, lovely soft texture and now it comes with a cover to maintain the temperature which is brilliant. The white pool does create a better ambiance in comparison to the blue one. The liner has also undergone some improvement as now when it’s removed there’s absolutely no leakage beneath. The protective undermat is large and does an excellent job of protecting the floor. The full kit provides absolutely everything you need. The only thing you will need additionally would be a stack of puppy training pads for additional floor covering/ settee ect.

Arrived really quickly but I can’t understand why a liner isn’t in the standard box and standard?! All the things in the standard box you can make do without but the liner is recommended even if it’s a new pool. All the stuff in the standard box is easy to get you can’t exactly get a liner on a bank holiday weekend but you can get a sieve easy!

Excellent experience. We ordered the pool but didn't need it in the end, so returned it unopened in the box. We received a full refund with no fuss. Very easy company to work with and very responsive - a rarity these days.

Thank you Birth Pool in a box. I purchased the accessories box to compliment my hired mini pool from local community interest company. Not only did allow me to have the most wonderful home birth but it also meant I didn’t need to invest in everything needed. The box came with everything required for a smooth set up and clean up. Furthermore, order and delivery was super quick! Highly recommend.
