This is the worse jewelry company I had ever done business with. This is a scam company who not only delayed and dont ship items when they do the shipped the wrong item. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. FOLLOW THE ADVICE OF ALL US AND

The ring i received was a size 7, not a requested 6, and its sterling silver, not the $90 gold ring they advertised. Im keeping the ring but will never order anything more from them again.

Never got my product!!! It is a scam!

Do not buy anything from this company. I made a purchase in January 2022, it never arrived. I started emailing them and The correspondents went back and forth for over a month with an end result of them telling me that I have to launch the investigation with the shipping company. I laugh because they obviously lack the knowledge of what individual countries rules are about shipping and receiving. Here in Canada in order to launch an investigation with Canada Post it has to be the sender not the receiver. I explained this to them many times and they still insist that I launch an investigation. I am so sick and tired of the back and forth with the communication of this company. To this date I still have not seen the parcel nor have I been contacted by the company. The customer service that this company displays is truly sad. If you're thinking of purchasing something do not purchase anything. It's a scam!

I wish I could give them zero stars! I ordered my birthstone ring and at the end of my order added on the earrings and necklace to make it a set for a total of $57. Took over a month to get my package, and when I did get it, all I got was the necklace and earrings but no ring. I've sent an email and a message on their website. Of course I haven't found a number to call yet but from what I've read it would be pointless anyway. I'm highly irritated and praying I get a response and my ring soon or I'm gonna get highly ticked off. I will NEVER order from this place or any like it ever again.

Absolutely horrible customer service. No response, no refund and no product.

Took over a month to get ring. Tried to cancel because it took so long but they would not let me cancel order. Ring is a piece of crap. A stone fell out within 5 days and finish on back is wearing off to expose a pinkish color. Definitely not sterling silver.
Steer clear of this company.

The jewelry looks so pretty in the picture. After all the delivery problems. I finally have my complete order. I guarantee there is better stuff for a quarter In the machines. I also ordered 2 mystery bags. That was a Giant MISTAKE. 2 of the same pieces of total crap. Ive asked for a refund in every email, they always dodge that question. Words cannot describe how awful this crap is ! And to think it was a gift for my daughter. This company should be kicked off the internet and quit taking peoples money!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - if that's what you can call them. I purchased a wood watch for my son for his 16th birthday, it had been a month and I still hadn't received a confirmation number, shipping information or contact back from their customer service department. I emailed twice and call and left a voicemail and I never got any communication back. I had to contact my credit card company because they had already charged my card!!! I purchased from a reputable company called Treehut for my son's wood watch.

I ordered a necklace from Birthstone deals back on 9/11/2018. To the date 10/3/2019 I have never received my order. The company, if you can call it that, said it must have been lost in the mail. Never offered to replace it or give me back my money, even though I asked about ten times. They do NOT have customers service you can call. Only by emails, then they stop responding to you after a few emails.
Do not buy from these SCAMMERS! Go to Etsy and search for what you want. It will be a much better quality and shipping time frame.

Please... Please just don't even consider purchasing from this company ... Purchased a watch for my husband in April, it broke after just three times wearing it... I have been trying to get a refund ever since ... I sent through photographs on three occasions ... finally resorting to using google drive and was then told photographs would be sent on to the productions team and was told they would let me know about their feedback regarding this issue. This was June 12th ... I have emailed every few days thereafter ... But all to NO avail .... I am in the process of reporting this matter to econsumer.gov and the FDA ... Sooooo much hassle...

why is there no option for zero stars?
its over a year since i ordered a wooden engraved watch. no updates no details no delivery. they even avoiding my inbox messages.

Oh Lord, now I read the reviews. Got screwed at Christmas from Qualtry and now from Birthstone Deals. My son graduates next month, said the engraved watch I order shipped, but no tracking number came and nothing has been delivered. I'm sick to my stomach over their customer service and the fact that they get there money and I have no product. No return emails, no return phone calls. I work hard for my money and don't have much to spare. How do people steal, I just don't understand. This is no way to do business.

Actually it would be a 0 stars from me too. I ordered an item November 2018 or before and I did receive a shipment from them but the box was empty. I then have been emailing them since then for either a replacement or money back. I was then advised december 2018 a new item was on its way and again a no show up to this date. No responses from various emails and also online forms and still no refund. This company is definitely a scam site who is just taking money under false pretences. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

This company is terrible!!! DO NOT ORDER from them! They do not send you the stuff you paid for and no one will contact you or return calls or emails! I contacted the bbb and took on them to connect and they do not respond to them! I did forward my complaint to the atty general office and have them involved- and they have a case going on with them now!!!

I ordered a watch and then cancelled it when I noticed it would not be received in time for my husband's birthday. I was told I would receive a refund after numerous emails. This all happened in October and I have yet to receive the refund and now they won't even respond to my emails. I send them correspondence every week and their phone number goes straight to voice mail which they don't respond to either. Be very careful and do the research, seems I am not the only one.

This company is a fraud! Order my watch in Nov it's now mid Jan in still no watch..I'm praying everyone that has been had by this company be given what they is owed and the company shut down fast!!!!!!

It's true what they say. Moneyrippers. They do not respond to emails. No watch .. gone are my 60 dollars. NEVER ORDER THINGS UNLESS YOU DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH YOUR MONEY!! They can't be called humans! They do not even deserve 1 star!

If I could give no stars I would. I bought my husband, what I that, was a beautiful, engraved watch. After 3 days of wearing it the hands broke and came loose. I emailed their customer service and received no response. I am so disappointed! What a waste of money!
