This was the second time I got tech support for my Minecraft server, and it was JUST as amazing as last time. The staff here are so friendly and so helpful. I'm definitely not the most tech savvy person around, but the staff here really do break it down and make it easy to understand and remember. They also are so friendly about it, they don't make you feel dumb for not knowing things, they just treat you so well. This time, I'd like to shout out Ehryn S. Ehryn helped teach me how to add a mod to my server, and not only did the mod get added, but she also taught me what to look for in the future so I can get the right stuff going! Ehryn is getting added to the list of GOAT tech support!

Had server a few years back and always without problems.
Everything is easy to do.
Problems will mostly be corrected right away.
Service is mostly within a few minutes to an hour.
Depending the Country and time of course.
And not expensive at all.
