The whole experience was prompt and professional. Bishop Heating handled the hot water issue with a lot of care. Jenny immediately arranged Trevor to visit. Trevor attended promptly and not only resolved the immediate issue but went the extra mile and addressed stopcock problem. Definitely recommend. Mannerism was exceptional. Well done.

We had very specific requirements for our replacement boiler. Paul's knowledge and avice were second to none. He and his installation team consulted us at every stage of the job. The team, especially Trevor, worked tirelessly and tidily on the hottest two days of the year. We are extremely happy with the result. Highly recommend Bishop Plumbing who have lovely, helpful staff when you ring and courteous boiler engineers . Who explain in layman's language, what they have done and what will need to be done. We are returning customers say no more.

The company is easy to deal with and are very knowledgeable. The install went ahead as promised, there was a problem but Paul came across to ensure that the install was completed on time. Setting up the Nest controller was more complicated than I expected but Paul ensured it was working before he left.
