I am very happy with the quality of the service and the final product that I received from Bison disc. I had a small project, but they were very careful with the design of the disc to be absolutely certain that I would get exactly what I wanted. I would not hesitate to recommend Bison Disc to anyone looking for quality digital services.

My daughter will be graduating from Art Institute Ohio Cincinnati. During her last quarter before graduation she was required to have a DVD with all her artwork. She was also required to have the DVD's labeled and case cover. We received excellent service!

We also found out that not only did she need the DVD's for the day of the Portfolio Show she needed them for the last day of class; which was 10 days prior. Ruth Talent had them sent over night and we received them the day before she needed them. I highly recommend Bison Disc for excellent customer service and a high quality product!

My dvd screeners look and sound great. the artwork on the disc printed beautifully. Be aware that it does take about 2 weeks or a little more from ordering to receiving the discs.Bob was helpful and kept me informed at each stage of production.

Bison was great start to finish, from their website info, to their phone assistance, to their proofs of my art work, and their advise on the CD itself.
Prices are reasonable and turn around time quick. I'd use them again!

Not knowing where to start on producing a professionally looking cd, I contacted Ruth from Bison Disc. She clearly explained the process, gave me an immediate quote and advised me as to which steps to take. I didn't know where to start, how to select a picture (from where?), how to get it onto the cd and how to personalize it with text. Because of Ruth, I now have a great looking cd of which I am very proud. Also, I thought their pricing was very fair and they could accommodate as few as 30 cds.

I highly recommend Bison because of their product and excellent support.

My wife and I attended our 55th Class Reunion in Lovington New Mexico this year.. In High School, I had a Rock and Roll Band, "The Jets" and we were very successful. After 6 years, we broke up when we graduated from High School and went to different Colleges.

The Classmate in-charge of putting the reunion together, called and asked me if I could get "The Jets" back together for this Reunion. I was fortunate to find them all and we did re-unite and played for the Saturday night Banquet and Dance.

My daughter-in-law had a small video camera and recorded the proceedings. I needed some one to make the best of what she had recorded and Ruth, at Bison Disc. saw to it that a fantastic job was done.

I posted a good review previously - this was before I received my CD's-
Sure, during ordering process all was good, friendly & fast communication and service. Received my CD's in "wallet" style jacket (2 panel)- similar to a vinyl record sleeve. Since their jacket is oversized the CD can easily fall/slip out because the jacket remains open about a 1/4 of an inch, does not stay flat in other words. Bison response fro 2 reps- We have never had a complaint...goodbye- end of conversation. Expect no "customer service" if you have a problem. Will not order from Bison again

I found Bison Disc on Google and finally made my decision to give it a try. Barret (my account manager) was very helpful and the entire process only took less than 10 days. The good thing is that you get one account manager, who guides you through the entire process. You can see the actual work, free of charge, without even giving any commitment or paying a dime. They have a user friendly system to upload the audio and graphic files, and they check the quality before finishing the job. I am so happy with their service, all of my emails and questions have been answered properly, same day, mostly within less than half an hour, which is amazing compare to the other companies I used to work.
I received my package last week and I am very happy with the quality.
I recommend Bison Disc to everybody, Professionals and Beginners!

Bison created a professional looking CD including front and back cover with bar code, and the image on the CD itself which is very classy looking. I am very proud of this product. All of my CD work will be with Bison. Barrett, the account manager was very prompt with my inquiries and very clear. He did not refer me to a FAQ pagfe but answered my questions directly and succinctly. I can't wait to get these out to friends, Amazon, etc.

On 2 occasions in which I had less than a full 2 week cushion before I needed the discs, I called Bison Disc and they pulled all the necessary strings to move my project through their production line and get the order done and mailed to me by the deadline. And it is definitely worth mentioning that their products look and perform great, even with them being rushed through production. Thanks Bison Disc!

I'm very satisfied with my order. The CD and artwork on the jacket were produced with high professional standards. Two things to consider- the completion time may take a little longer than estimated and a working knowledge of the Adobe format for the artwork will make things easy. Not to worry though, they can create the artwork from your photos and copy. Check out their website for all the particulars.

I hope to have another project for Bison in the near future.

Once all the templates were in place it went pretty smooth.
