Excellent Product and Outstanding Support
I’m extremely satisfied with the BitBox02. The device itself is user-friendly, secure, and well-designed. What truly impressed me, however, was the customer support. I forgot to include my house number in the delivery address, and the first shipment couldn’t be delivered. Despite this, a replacement was sent immediately, even before the original package was fully returned. Such exceptional service is rare to find. Highly recommended!

The service was outstanding
The service was outstanding. A broken display of the hardware wallet and I felt compelled to get in touch with the company in Switzerland. Fortunately, they replied swiftly and immediately offered a solution any customer will be happy about - a new hardware wallet free of charge. I assume it was a production issue of that specific hardware wallet. One of the best experience I had with any company in recent years.
