Black screen issue, got a replacement super FAST!
My BitBox screen failed after some time. I freaked out cause I couldn't access my funds. Customer service responded pretty quickly, requesting a video of the issue. They sent me a new BitBox right away and I received it within a week. I'm very happy with the speed of support. This team is great!

Best wallet
In my opinion, and I have been using many hardware wallets since 2017, this is the best. For one, it is inconspicuous. Nowadays many officers and other people know what a Ledger or Trezor look like. This one is like a memory stick. It is not an advantage when everyone plus their grandma know that you are schlepping BTC along, if you know what I mean... Then the software is simple. Simple is best. And last, but not least, with a company that is not the target of a million scammers, you are not flooded with phising mails. I was then also able to quickly include my private bitcoin node. Something that failed miserably with Trezor.

So what can I say ... 5 stars it is. Why? Because they are actually one of the few companies left that offer "human" support, not a chatbot, AI assistant or whatever else dystopian and inefficient solution. Why is that important? Because, in an age, where online fraud is ripe, especially in BTC, being able to have timely support and guidance is key. My thank you goes especially to Luciano from BitBox who took extra care to help me during a difficult moment. BitBox is definitely the place I will go to and stay with going forwards. Simone
