Videos Buffer When Viewing

I confess that I only joined up with BitChute when David Icke was chucked off YouTube, because I was quite a fan of his. I've generally enjoyed viewing his content, along with a couple of others who may no longer be on YouTube. The only trouble has been that many videos continually buffer, often pausing every few seconds, which makes viewing a longer video very difficult. I've frequently had to come back to videos several times before I can watch them without any or many interruptions. Having said that, this problem seems to have been improving a lot during the last couple of weeks, so maybe changes are being made behind the scenes. I've also just been trying to upload my own video - quite a long one, in 1080p - but after 34% had uploaded, my internet connection was briefly interrupted. When I tried to resume the upload - instead of starting where it left off (as YouTube does), at 34% - it went back to 0% again. Not good, and a waste of two hours of my time! Anyway, overall verdict is that BitChute's a young platform, but it's pretty decent and seems to be improving. It's a good place to watch more "controversial" content that YouTube won't allow any more. 4 stars out of 5!

Far right stuff is utter nonsense - one of the last bastions of free speech.

Far right comments here are utter nonsense.
YT, FB and TW ban everything that doesn't fit the agenda of billionaires, controlling world governments. Bitchute is one of the last bastions of free speech - which is what we want, right? Yes there is some hogwash but there is also a lot of fascinating content big brother has decided you're not allowed to see on other channels. Try before you buy the fake right wing-left wing nonsense - that's just PR to stop you learning.

Good but not perfect

BitChute for the most part is an excellent platform as an alternative to YouTube as it does to a decent degree promote freedom of speech and allow creators to voice their political views as long as they don't promote violence, unlike various other vide hosting platforms which censor anyone who even the slightest voices pro white political views. The video loading speed is also usually very good especially compared to other alternative platforms. Unfortunately however in recent months largely due to outside pressure the company has started to crackdown on harder edge but still non violent political dissidents, it looks like as with YouTube the process is going to start from the edges and move its way in slowly taking away the rights of ever more of it's creators. BitChute still has a chance to save itself from this, and I hope it does because for the last sever years it truly has been an excellent alternative platform.

This is a god awful service

This is a god awful service. Uploading videos and getting them processed is a major headache. I am also being censored as Bitchute is a center for ultra right wing hate groups. My only reason for going there is to counter the lies of a Qcrazy that is trashing my reputation. Whoever is running Bitchute has no idea how to run the thing.

Bitchute's gone down the drain

Ive used the platform for some time now, since I wanted an alternative to Jewtube and their commie marxist censorship. Sadly, Bitchute is pure garbage, the main problem is that videos often get stuck in an infinite processing loop. It's quite normal to have to delete videos and re-upload them again, sometimes it helps and sometimes it doesn't do anything.

One thing I can't stand is how limited the membership is, the free membership is quite barebones. Paying for membership doesn't feel worth it, since you get very little for the money you waste on this burning pile of dogsh!t. The worst part is that it seems that now, Google also own bitchute so on top of having utter crap service, they will also censor you just like they do on Youtube.

I would give this site -5 out of 5 if it was possible, only giving it 1 out of 5 cause that's the lowest score possible.

For a while everything was loading ok…

For a while everything was loading ok with no buffering. The quality of the videos is low so you'd think it would be no problem but lately it's constantly buffering which is a shame because all the good creators that got unfairly kicked off of youtube are here. I love it's anything goes (within reason) towards free speech and anyone who wants fluffy heavily moderated video content need to NOT use this site and go somewhere else. It's still early days for bitchute so it would be unfair to to give them 1 star so I will give them 2 for effort. I hope they get things sorted eventually.

Signing up/logging in has been a nightmare

I only watch videos and Bitchute is a big fail for me. It took me a week to sign up because it took that long to finally get a verification code via email. It worked for about a week and today I tried to log in and it says my username/password is incorrect. I never changed either. So....now I am back to waiting for days for a verification code in order to reset the password I never changed. I find Rumble much easier to maneuver and it seems much more reliable. Also...is it me or can I not change the volume of any particular video I view?

Bit Chute - A GOOD choice for me

Personally I think YouTube and Bit Chute are both great platforms.

I am a true crime Investigator, my issue was that I could not publish what I discovered on YouTube as all it took to take my work down on was a 'privacy' complaint.

In some of my YouTube videos, no one was mentioned in some of my videos, yet still 'privacy' complaints were received on YouTube.

I have had no such problems on Bit Chute.

I can relate to some of the other comments that refer to the uploading time, sometimes it can take a while for a video to upload, I think its fair to mention that I currently use the free service, but for a free service it is very good.

So Bit Chute get my vote, if I had one small gripe it would be this, I would be happy to support Bit Chute by taking out a membership, however, being that Bit Chute does not currently accept Bank transfer or card payments I find it hard to buy a membership.

I guess I will just have to take a bit of time to work out how bitcoin works:)

Well done Bit Chute

Broken and unhelpful.

Honestly just can't be maintained. I uploaded THREE videos before they just stopped uploading. Support is useless, and they even deleted my infinitely-processing video. I was so hopeful that this place would allow me to break free of how awful YouTube is, but it is not worth it. I am going to delete my account now. Also, apparently this place makes at least £50,000 a month based on their "support us" nonsense. Pay to play seems to make sense. Terrible.
