Absolutely terrifying. Frightening experience. This agent named Alex to 820 from me yesterday knowing it was my rent and food money for the month. Said he would help me to get the funds that were mine back out of my Bitcoin account and guess what? He took the money and he ran. He gave me absolutely no parents. No warning that he was going to actually assumed you actually just take and steal it from me and not even call me back or even message me. So if you are legitimate Canadian broker, how is it that you could this could happen? I really need an answer to this and I'm absolutely so scared and frightened that I could be so stupid to allow someone just to steal from me like that it's everything I have. I can't pay the rent this month. I can't even eat this month and he promised me that it would be nothing. He would help me to extract my funds from my Bitcoin account and now guess what he's off and run into the wind. It hasn't called or messaged me or nothing. So yeah it's been absolutely sickening and I feel like such a fooling I feel very, very frightened. I don't think I have any recourse to be able to even get this back even though it's in my name and everything. So yeah, I need some serious help you because I cannot believe that this could happen to a person. I don't know how people can get away with this kind of stuff so if you want to get back in touch with me over this I really really appreciate it. I do anything to be able to retrieve my money so I could at least be able to pay my rent

No issues transferring money

It was alright, although a little scary as the site looks like it could be abandoned. I had an error but it wasn’t taken care of until the day after. This was suppose to be an instant service. When I got a reply back the next day, I was advised to contact customer support directly through text, but no where did I see that on the website or emails(or sms) when I was going through their support/contact section as the result of my error.

Also, you don’t usually try to text back a number that sent you a OTP, it’s usually a bot’s number. I would advise this site get a revamp, as it could do a lot more business if it looks the part of the trustworthy site.
