Less than 24 hours to steal my money, six weeks to get word from them.

It took this company less than 24 hours to assign me as a "Money-Launderer" according to their internal policy. A policy that dictates nothing official or verifiable, and cites that they are the final authority and can keep your money or pay you according to their whim.

Then, they cited a need for documentation that must be supplied to avert the loss of funds (where do you think that money goes?) including an "Apostille" which is documentation that must be issued by a governmental agency certifying the signature and office of a Notary operating under their jurisdiction.

So, your identity documents must meet their terms, must be Notarized, and then must be certified by a governmental office (the Sec State's office in the US) and then returned to them for acceptance or rejection.

And this must take place within 72 hours.

If you've EVER dealt with a governmental agency on getting ANYTHING, you KNOW that's simply not going to happen. Copy your docs, get them notarized, go to the Sec State's office and apply for the Apostille, garner certified funds to pay the associated fees, submit the docs to the agency, wait three to five days for them to validate the notary, then another 5-7 days to receive the Apostille through the mail.

These people have quite the system to steal your money.

I want my money back!

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

This company is unfortunately a very clever scam. Transfer your BTC to them and you will not get them back. No payment either.

They have a nice little website, with a contact telephone number, support email address, UK company registered number and great reviews, including on Trust Pilot. It all looks great. In reality though, if you call the number you just get a recorded message, no one will ever answer the number, their address (1 Berkeley Street) is short term office space for rent owned by Regus. Their UK company registration has never has any accounts filed and accounts are overdue. There is currently an active proposal to strike off the company. Google 'Companies House UK' to easily check this info yourself. The numerous five star reviews on Trust Pilot are (in HINDSIGHT) clearly fake.

If in doubt, try and get hold of them via telephone.

You have been WARNED.

SCAMMERS

They are total scammers. I have sold them BTC since the beginning of 2017. They have then requested me documents to be legalized, sent them those and still got an email asking again for the same documents.

They have a fake UK company and never answer their phone.

Stay away of these. Total scammers. Also the website is a Wordpress, cheap 200$ made.

Don't use this site to sell bit coin or …

Don't use this site to sell bit coin or any other crypto currency, they say they are a UK registered company but are just a scam! Sold Bitcoin and have been waiting for a PayPal payment from them, and now I have to provide documentation (ie, drivers licence and utility bill) which I have done, I blocked out important information on my licence and utility bill leaving my name and address as the other stuff would be irrelevant, but they won't accept it as I'm not showing the important stuff, maybe to commit identity fruad? Who knows, i have done what they ask and they just respond that it's not good enough, also you have 72 hours from when you receive the email asking for this documentation, i have emailed numerous times asking questions and get no response. Maybe to kill the time so they don't have to pay out! Just avoid or you will regret it.
