I got few issue with my miner compact A but finally it's the USB port the problem. I talk to customer service and they ship a new USB port for free. It was fast customer service excellent and always answer quickly. GOOD job to all the team Bitcoin Merch.

I always heard about cryptocurrency, mainly bitcoin and how I should be mining it. So, I decided to give it a shot, only I didn't know how to go about it, luckily a friend mentioned some miners ( asics ) and i thought, okay great. Now where should I go to get this equipment? That was the big question, after searching for a while I found bitcoinmerch.com.

The fact they had some ready small tutorial miners available to use was a lifesaver, however I decided to go for a bitaxe 401 supra at the time of my first purchase. Thanks to their tutorial videos on the products page it really helps to understand how to setup the miners.

Ever since from time to time I have grabbed even more from their store and gifted one to a family member and one to my friend who's told me to try it.

I've had my first bitaxe for over a year and a half and it's still going strong, the support from their website has also helped me with some mishaps In purchases I did, even checking with me letting me know that one of my purchases which was with a psu and a different asic miner that the psu was already integrated into the miner, so I didn't need the seperate psu, saved me money on that.

Also if you have color options, please provide that as a choice for the customer dont just send it in whatever color the packager feels like grabbing. ]]

Can't log in. Sent request for password never received. Product I bought had zero instructions for a first time user. Product I thought I was buying was a black USB base received white on. Shows no option on your page for colors. Out of the 10 nerd miners I bought had to toss one because it needed to be refreshed and no instructions on which option to choose. So $260+ wasted. Expensive lesson but will not do business with your company again. You can remove me from future email and surveys.

Products to anyone - your YouTube tutorials are misleading per set

My product did not work. I did email their site with no response. I also tagged them on their comments on Instagram with no reply, garbage product, and garbage customer service.

Fast shipping within 3 days? Made an order on the 30th of September and still has yet to even be sent to me, I’ve emailed customer service a few days ago and they said “it would be shipped the next day” and still my order has not been shipped.

Clear and timely responses.

Took a bit to ship but communication was great through Instagram. Got back to me right away and gave an update. Got my Lottery Miner up in a few mins.

The item arrives as described and is working. They also send some goodies with the miner, which is very cool!

Bitcoin Merch goes above and beyond when it comes to their equipment. When I bought my first lottery miner, they helped the newbie and didn't laugh at me too much. Fast forward to a few bigger Antminers with shipping damage, and they are a bigger help then I expected! I will continue to buy from them because they are great to work with and priced right. Oh and they actually monitor and answer chats, with helpful folks and info. Remarkable!

Ordered product on Sept. 23rd reached out on Sept. 29th and was promised this would ship that week. Looked and still the order has not even been filled let alone shipped. If you are looking for something within the next 2 months this is not the site for you.
