Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! hugely inaccurate on products, hard to navigate round. Its sad how genuine people who are trying to better themselves are ripped off with products like this.

SCAM ALERT. I never subscribed and yet I’m being charged. No way to contact or stop the payments/cancel whatever. It’s a SCAM.

I did not like this app at all.

I did not like this app at all.
Doesn’t let you adjust your quantity using tsp tblsp cup etc. it’s the worst app for easy to use. I wanted to end my subscription. Could not find anywhere on the app to end it. I’m going to dispute my monthly subscription charge I just received. Don’t use this app it’s the worst.

Regarding measurements (tsp, tbsp, cups), this can be adjusted directly in the app settings page, so you should be able to switch to your preferred system there.

Cancelled immediately as app wasn’t…

Cancelled immediately as app wasn’t working. Never got any use of it. The company repeatedly tried to remove money from my account despite it clearly being cancelled. I had to block my card. Scam. Steer clear.

Can't cancel subscription

The app was a bit of fun with the raccoon but highly priced. It did crash a bit and often wasn't accurate. However the main issue is their poor communication and difficulty to cancel my subscription. I had sent numerous emails with no reply as to how to manage and/or cancel my subscription. Therefore I had been charged yet again for a overpriced calorie counting app that I do not use. I finally got a reply and my subscription was cancelled and I was refunded for two months.

They charge you after you cancel

I signed up for the free trial… and cancelled before the trailer ended and they still charged me two more times for 10x the amount!! It’s impossible to unsubscribe and there is no way to reach customer service. Don’t download the app

I paid £12.99 and then cancelled my…

I paid £12.99 and then cancelled my subscription immediately. I never used the app as it was very poor and not accurate with calorie counting. Now they have taken £33 out of my account. It does. It show as active in my subscriptions!

They make it nearly impossible to cancel

Nowhere on the app to see account settings. The app doesn’t show up on my subscriptions in Apple and that is how they tell you to cancel in their Terms and Conditions. I emailed to cancel but so far no reply. We’ll see if I get charged again.

No customer service

I liked it in the beginning. They had prompt customer service. I've been trying to resolve an issue for a month and customer service has fallen off the earth. They canceled my account (one that I paid full price for) and they won't bring it back online even though I've paid. I've also asked for my money back and they won't reply. Again.... It has been WEEKS. They are terrible.

Genuine experience

I used the trial of the app for 5.99 and didn’t realise but then a charge of 33.30 came out a week later, I was upset however BitePal sorted this really quickly (on the day) and cancelled my subscription with a refund via email so I cannot complain! Thankyou

They try to make it as hard as possible…

They try to make it as hard as possible to cancel your Subskription... Even the account settings are not available in the App, so you cant check how long yourb activated plan goes. Obviously scam app to get money through unwanted renewal plans!

I am very disappointed in the app

I am very disappointed in the app. I feel like I have been robbed. I did reach out to the help email and got no response
Bitepal took more than the agreed apon monthly payment amount and apon that I did not even get my meal plan.
I would not recommend.
I expect Bitepal to get back to me to fix my problem.

SCAM SCAM SCAM - their calorie count isn’t correct firstly, the app is always glitching, oh and they don’t let you cancel and will continue charging you whilst ignoring all your emails about cancelling. There is nothing on the app that lets you cancel and the contact number is abroad and no one answers either! Avoid at all cost!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't buy this app

Don't buy this app. Just don't do it. Its rubbish. And You won't get your money back. You'll get stuck in a loop of emails coming back to you with an auto reply. And You'll with you made better life choices. Go for something more reputable and less gimicky. Don't do what i did. Please. Save yourselves!!
