My order was picked up by Customs and I was delivered an empty box. I called Bite Size immediately. After being told a new shipment would be sent (price of business) I never heard from them again despite trying phone, email and support. Good luck getting your items.

Poor communication with customers
I put in an order for some edibles, paid and there was no correspondence at all until I called just over 2 weeks later asking where my order was or how long it would be. They said they saw it but could not fulfill it because of no stock. I do see how this is understandable at times but I feel like they should have at least reached out to me and told me my order would not be coming so I didn’t have to keep waiting. They did not even offer an alternative or anything. Communication with customers needs to be improved.
