I’ve been using Bitget for a while and the experience has been smooth. The platform is easy to use, withdrawals are reliable, and I like that you can trade crypto as well as US stocks in one place. Overall, it’s a solid and convenient trading platform.
I had a very concerning experience with this exchange.
During multiple trading sessions, I observed abnormal price spikes and candle formations that did not match other market data sources I was monitoring at the same time. These discrepancies triggered my stop losses, even though those levels were not reached on other charts.
I also faced heavy slippage. My stop losses were set within a risk range of 26 to 36 USD, but trades were closed with losses up to 49 USD. On top of that, there were delays in execution, platform lag during volatility, and orders being filled at prices very different from what I requested.
This raises serious concerns about price feed accuracy, execution fairness, and platform reliability.
I have complete evidence, including MT5 logs, trade history, timestamps, and screenshots comparing charts.
Overall, this resulted in a loss of around 1,500 USD and a very poor trading experience.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious and test execution quality carefully before trading significant capital.

I've been using Bitget for a while now and was rather pleased. But almost two weeks ago, a technical error liquidated all my assets in the spot margin account. All my assets were liquidated the second I placed an order - without any market volatility. Luckily, a rather small amount.
But since then I'm told the issue is being worked on with priority, but nothing is happening and my funds are gone even though I provided documentation to show it was, without doubt, a technical issue on the platform side. That surely diminished my trust in the platform if they liquidate your assets and then leave you hanging for two weeks.
Update: Opening a new ticket on their new Support Ticket site, Bitget now confirmed that a technical issue had happened. First they offered to reimburse an amount that would have accounted for roughly 1/3 of the liquidated assets. Now they offered to reimburse an amount that's roughly 85% of the assets they liquidate. While I obviously don't screenshot the asset balance before every trade, I provided them with screenshots of the position size before the liquidation, which I was about to increase as there was free leverage. With the reimbursement amount as available assets, the position size would already have exceeded the 10x leverage that were possible and I was about to increase the position when the technical issue occurred and liquidate me. It's evidently for everyone that they don't even want to reimburse the full amount they liquidated, not to speak of making up for the severe technical issues with their platform, the three week trouble I had to go trough to even get back parts of my money or the big profit the position would have made just minutes after they liquidated me. I was lucky at that time I didn't have more assets on their platform as it seems that technical issues can simply liquidate all your assets and with lots of trouble you only get parts of it back after lots of trouble. Not a safe place for your money. Saddest customer support experience of my life.
Update: Even though Bitget could only agree to reimburse parts of the assets THEY liquidated from my account due to a technical issue and I eve agreed to it to finally end this matter as they didn't care about the facrs, they haven't reimbursed the money the promised to and I had to open a new ticket. Seriously thinking about filing a complaint with the European regulator ESMA due to their fraudulent practices.

Just started checking out and the whole UEX idea looks interesting.
If it really lets me trade gold, stocks, and crypto all in one place smoothly, that would be a big upgrade for me. Still testing things out, but I’m hopeful it can make trading a lot easier than what I’m used to.
I’ve been trading across different platforms for about 4 years now, and for the last 2 years, I’ve mostly stayed on Bitget.
Before that, I was switching between apps all the time. One for crypto, another for stocks, another for onchain stuff. It got tiring, especially when you just want to trade and not think about where your funds are.
What worked for me with Bitget is having everything in one place. I can trade futures, spot, even memecoins, and still access stocks without jumping to another app.
I also use P2P a lot since I’m often converting to my local currency. Most of my transactions finish in a few minutes, which makes it easier to manage.
Bitget were warned by ASIC (Australia's Finance Regulator) in 2025 and cautioned Australian’s not to use the platform. This is serious.
There are growing concerns around Bitget’s approach to client protection, particularly in relation to access to highly leveraged derivative products and whether adequate suitability checks and safeguards are in place for retail investors.
Any platform offering high-risk financial products should operate with strong governance and clear protections for retail clients. You have NO protections with Bitget in Australia.
****IMPORTANT***If you have been impacted or have concerns, it may be worth lodging a misconduct report with ASIC especially as they are trying to get a licence******

Try bitget exchange to get smooth trading experience, fast execution, security at top notch, and reliable platform. Bitget keeps getting better and it's still the best by far!
Unbelievable support from Bitget! I'm a new user and made a rookie mistake by depositing just $1 of USDT via the Morph network, using an old contract address. I quickly realized my funds were missing. I tried the automatic 'uncredited deposit recovery' feature on the exchange, but it rejected my request, stating a minimum of $20 is required for automated processing. I felt defeated, assuming my small amount was lost forever in the blockchain.
However, I decided to contact their support directly. To my complete astonishment, they treated my small request with genuine care. A support agent personally stepped in, coordinated with their technical team, and manually recovered my $1 legacy token to my spot account, bypassing their own set limits! This level of personalized, humane attention, especially for such a small sum, is almost non-existent in the crypto world. Bitget support team, you are rockstars! They truly live up to their commitment to every user. If you're looking for an exchange that actually cares about you, Bitget is the place to be. Five stars is not enough. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend Bitget!
Recently Bitget got involved into TradFi like many others, by adding TradFi on their platform and I wanted to give it a try as i was working with other brokers previously, but Bitget is a failed broker as they will stop you from withdrawing your money as soon as you win something so better go check other brokers and avoid Bitget at any cost.
they are maltreating me with some RFI questionnares and not letting me withdraw funds from TradFi to normal exchange at all.
My all the money invested there is gone. They will steal your investment, keep away

I’ve been using Bitget for a while now mainly for CFD trading. Before that, I had to use different apps and it was honestly annoying switching between them.
One time during a big oil move, I was actually able to enter and manage my trade properly instead of just watching like before. That stood out to me.
The platform feels smooth overall and I didn’t have issues executing trades when I needed to.
Still learning and improving my strategy, but so far the experience has been good.
My p2p issues were resolved.
I had issues in my p2p when transacting but it was resolved.
Been using Bitget for some time now. It’s not perfect, but it works well for what I need. The interface is easy enough to get used to, and I haven’t had any major issues so far. Overall, it’s been a decent experience
I’m impressed by how Bitget organizes its social media outreach. Their campaigns are well-structured, easy to join, and offer genuine value to participants. It’s a great way for new users to get started with some extra USDT or trial funds. Their community-first approach is likely why they’ve grown so fast. Highly recommend keeping an eye on their official channels for their weekly events.
There are many events and rewards on the Bitget exchange, making it very convenient to use!
Very good app. Have lost my login details and access to my email, customer support assisted me recover without difficulties.
I am very impressed with the Bitget platform for its user-friendly interface and comprehensive features. The trading experience is smooth, and I appreciate the wide variety of cryptocurrencies available. Their security measures provide a strong sense of trust and safety for my investments. Customer support has been responsive and helpful whenever I've had inquiries. Overall, Bitget offers a top-notch experience for cryptocurrency enthusiasts.
