The 2FA thing is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. completely a waste of time, I just want to withdraw my coins, which I should be able to do straight away without giving them a million different codes for the authenticator app, etc. Terrible experience and also a huge waste of time, it's 100% safe to say I won't be using this once more.

It has now been more than a week, but my account remains frozen and I have not received any update or feedback from the support team. Because of this restriction, I am currently unable to withdraw or use my balance of approximately 40,445 USDT.

I am writing to follow up regarding my open ticket about the abnormal liquidation on LINK/USDT.

Similar to many other users who have already reported the same issue publicly, I also experienced a complete loss of access to the Bitget app during the night of October 10th, 2025, exactly at the time of the market crash.

I was unable to log in or execute any trades manually to protect my position. As a direct result, my position was liquidated.

This situation was clearly beyond my control, and therefore I expect a compensation or refund from Bitget, as this issue was caused by a platform-side outage.

I have already submitted a detailed support ticket but have not received any response yet.

I kindly ask you to review my case and provide a resolution or update as soon as possible.

Very bad exchange

On the night of October 10th, 2025, during a moment of extreme market volatility, the app failed completely just when I needed to close some critical positions.
I was told this was due to a server-side issue on the exchange, but regardless of the cause, I couldn’t act in time.

As a result, I lost approximately 4,200 USDT.
The team is still "investigating," but as usual, I expect to receive a final response saying it’s not refundable.

Very disappointing.
A platform that aims to be reliable cannot crash during key trading moments.

I’ll be happy to remove this review if the exchange acknowledges the issue and offers a refund.
I sincerely hope they do the right thing.

My Bitget account has been frozen for more than two months without any valid reason. The company has blocked my 4600 USDT and every time I contact support, they only reply with the same message: “your case is under review.”
This was my merchant account where I successfully completed over 2000 orders. Despite my clean record, they froze my account and gave no explanation.
I believe this is a scam — they are holding my funds unfairly. I request immediate action to unfreeze my account or return my 4600 USDT.

Bitget is a bogus exchange — setting the minimum USDT withdrawal at 9 USDT is ridiculous. Very unfriendly platform for small traders.

⚠️ WARNING: Bitget froze my $150K USDT for over 2 months ⚠️

I deposited 51,000 USDT in July and after trading, had ~150,000 USDT.
When I tried to withdraw 99,998.5 USDT on July 24, the withdrawal failed (RFI20250724000026).

Support tickets #2337973 and #2340613 only return the same auto-replies:
“Under review, more time needed.”

66+ days later, funds are still locked with no reason given.
This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional for an exchange claiming to be safe.
Regulators in Korea and Hong Kong have already been notified.

Do NOT trust Bitget with large amounts until they fix this.

My verified KYC account was permanently banned two months ago for no apparent reason, and I received this message from support after contacting them :

We regret to notify you that we have found conduct on your account that violates our terms of service and have taken the appropriate actions that will ban the account permanently.

Upon review, we noticed that you still have ongoing future positions. You may choose to close positions manually or wait for the positions to close automatically based on market conditions.

Once the positions are closed, please contact us via this email to assist with the withdrawal of the account's remaining assets.

I've now closed my open positions and asked support to unfreeze my account so I can withdraw, but my account has been restricted even further! Before contacting support for a withdrawal, I was able to enter into my account, but now I am unable and receive the "user is frozen" message. I've contacted support multiple times, but each time I receive the same response: "Your account is under review." What exactly are you reviewing? When you already decided on my account and benned it, and nothing has changed in the last two months ! Are you wasting time by not paying my remaining asset bitget ?

guys do not trade on bitget future as they will rip you off and close your position even far away from your Stop loss. My axl stop loss was 0.23 but they close it on 0.2899. I have attached the pic so see it by yourself. See the email from bitget agent how they lie and rip you off. I m posting this here so some else does not get rip off of their hard earned money.

I have dealt with ten crypto exchanges and Bitget, in my opinion, is the most useless of all. I have tried a few times to KYC. I did exactly the same as I successfully did with the other exchanges. I have had it! I am not wasting any more time with Bitget.

Scam company. A buyeron p2p managed to register without name, resulting in me not being able to tell which payment is from him. By email they keep telling me they can't give me buyer name. Basically now my usdt are frozen and they are threatening me to force release my usdt.

Bitget is a scam site that would not let me get my money back without paying exorbitant fees. Watch out for them

Trading experience is not so bad, but no fair play, they don't pay honestly and lack of friendlyness from support.
Next for me but you to see.

Claim I was doing shady things without ever providing evidence to their claims or stating what exactly. Could not cash out reward points because they banned me from promotions and no way to reverse the decision ever and they will not even tell you what for. I also never did anything they accused me off with a very broad and open framework that basically includes everyone. Don't use this service unless you want your assets frozen with 0 reasoning at all other then they deemed so for any one of many reasons that you likely never did. Total scam platform taking advantage of people then stealing from you with false claims. I removed all my assets and closed my account.
