While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Their KYC is really frustrating and never completed. The customer support sucks. You should stop using Bitkub if you still have an account there. Truly terrible exchange!

they first collect your personal data supposedly to verify your account and then, under various pretexts, refuse to verify. disgusting exchange, I do not even recommend registering on it. took my time.

Warning. Stay away at all cost! Good customer service but very dubious intention. Asked for more than what is required. Try all means to dig out all your financial information, I believe they pass this information to crooks and then rob you.
DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION TO THIS COMPANY! Now I am worry about my safety as I was stupid enought to give my personal information, including my address and bank statements to them. They can pass this to their crime partners.
Sign-up procedure not OK, deliberately harming user's rights.
This is not a review of the service itself (which I will not use), but of the sign-in procedure.
Clicking "JOIN BITKUB" they ask the visitor to agree to an est. 30 page User Agreement, that they have made impossible to copy/paste or store in any reasonable matter. You can also not Ctrl-F search.
The user will not have any record of what he agreed to, unless he walks through the 30 pages, and takes a screenshot of each.
Note that the conditions include you take full responsibility for all hacks of your account, including by internal staff, unless YOU can prove "gross misconduct" etc. Good luck with that. You don't even have a clue on what you agreed to.
This is Thai bank style - when you open an account it is common to sign papers, of which you do not get a copy. I once wanted to copy the pages using my mobile, and the staff stopped me.
Those who have had charges made on an ATM card which they know nothing about and could not possibly have made will know that all losses are yours. Your only hope is that it has happened to a group, and it hits the press.
They could fix BitKubs sign procedure with a simple PDF for download and a print-option. Why is it not there? Of course the reason it is not to put their users at disadvantage if anything happens, so what is the reason?
Transferred XRP to this exchange
Transferred XRP to this exchange, and it was verified both on the network and on bitkub end, but not showing up in my wallet until long time, time long enough for them to earn money using my XRP for their own profit. Shi* exchange... Shi* behavior...

Very bad software full of glitches and mistakes. They seem to have no interest in fixing it (been years)
Transactions always seem to come with trouble, need of contact with customer service and or other odd things. Not like i am use to on other exchanges that's for sure. This is by far the worse exchange i know of. The customerservice (which i need a lot with them) is promt and correct in answering only wish these problem would not occur each time to begin with. Behind the scenes i doubt this company. Several times now transfers get delayed. Only days later, after asking myself where it is, it instantly appears on my account ?? This makes me think they hold customers funds longer that they need. I absolutely do not like the product and do not trust the company with my funds. I will not lose my funds as they are regulated by government but i doubt seriously how they use my funds and if they actually do more than skim of the top...The quality has been this bad since the beginning with no sign of bettering. Makes you wonder what the main purpose is of a company. I only use it to transfer to THB. Never to trade or hold funds.
Useless troglodytes.
