Dont Waste Your Time

I have been taking online surveys for the better part of two decades. I can honestly say Pollfish is one of the worst I have ever experienced. If you are on a survey platform and the survey is from Pollfish do not waste your time. You will not get credit for completing it. They will let you complete the survey 100% to get your answers and then send a disqualification back to the provider.

I have absolutely had it with Pollfish! They are cheaters! I am done with completing surveys correctly in an efficient manner only for them to boot me out without pay for NO REASON! They suck. Don’t trust them. You’ll see.

There are NEVER any surveys

There are NEVER any surveys, and their system is a waste of time.

If they wanted to, they could filter the surveys so that they fit one's age/gender/location/etc.

They just don't care, because they’re not paying us for wasted time.

PollFish should be investigated!

PollFish should be investigated and fined for their use of AI to reject good data.

AI in market research generates a large number of false positives, discarding good data along with the bad.

Members have no recourse, no contact to dispute reversals or unpaid surveys, and GPT owners are tied by their suppliers threatening to break relationships on the basis of complaints.

GPT owners and members should consider a class action suit against survey publishers.

PollFish used to be one of the best, but now companies are fighting back with absurd security measures that punish even honest members.

There are massive complaints online about this issue.

PollFish rejects 30% of survey submissions (minimum), and respondents with known history or low scores could get systematically rejected more frequently.

Legally, this is a clear-cut case of failure to pay for service rendered. However, a legal battle would be long and costly, and class action suits are unlikely to happen because lawyers prefer big cases worth billions and trillions of dollars.

Absolutely terrible company

Absolutely terrible company. It's a toss up if you get paid by then or not. They will make you finish entire surveys the say u got denied due to quality when it was all perfect. How do I know this? My buddy took the same survey and he got paid. Pollfish needs to either fix their issues and pay people for what they do or pack it up and close down.

If you're a publisher run away from this platform like fire. They won't pay you on time or pay you at all. No communication at all. If you want to check for yourself, try writing them an email and you'll find it very hard to receive an email back or even get a response.

If im redirected to this page i'll close the page immediately.
Here is 2 reason for that:
First: the qualification system is stupid they always keep kicking me out (all survey) that this site provide
Secondly: it's very rare to qualify for a survey but when i completed it. They screen me out. That great! What a thief

Waste of time

Completed a 15 minutes survey then after clicking submit it doesn't pay, survey was on Pollfish from CINT.

In response to their generic copy paste reply. Your system is boll*cks as evidenced my all the other negative reviews, completed it fine got to the end and then you decide after wasting our time that you don't want to pay? After getting all our info?

Very awful company

Very awful company. After spending 20 minutes answering their surveys they disqualify me. This is extremely disgusting and frustrating. If you want to disqualify a respondent let it be before taking the survey.

Scam

Scam. I qualified for the study and after completing the entire survey, I was disqualified without any compensation. In my opinion, the company itself is a fraud.

Not good for publishers

Not good for publishers. I have reached a minimum payout of $100. Their payment terms is NET30, but unfortunately, after more than 2 months I did not receive money. Support always makes some excuses.

Stop wasting my time.

They have good surveys, don’t get me wrong, but they always seem to disqualify me at the end, even if I am giving honest and consistent answers. They don’t seem to care about this either. Avoid like the plague.

A SCAM for which

A SCAM for which, if you qualify, you will receive a reward of 10% of the value of the original survey. For a $1 survey, you get paid (if you get paid at all) 10 cents. It's a waste of time to fund holidays for fraudsters.

Frauds

They instantly chargebacked a survey I had literally just completed. It couldn’t have even been reviewed properly. No explanation or communication whatsoever from pollfish.

They Steal your data and won’t pay

They will most of the time disqualify you at the end of the survey, I would like to say it’s for no reason, but they likely still have all your responses and will sell your data and make all the profit for themselves. The few times they do pay out is likely so they can stay in business as long as possible and paying as few times as possible

Such a waste of time

I filled in a 10 minutes survey and when it was almost over, and not an answer before, I was excluded as according to them I was cheating. Now I wonder how they could say I cheated as to the question "what comes after Tuesday" I replied "Wednesday".

Very tired of being dusqualified

Very tired of being dusqualified. I go more slower than I can do the survey only because they disqualify you if you are a faster reader. But even going slow and answer allí the things carefully the half of the time they disqualify me just because they want (but always after having completed the survey, of course, they STOLE your data
