I have received two txt messages claiming to be from DVLA that are linked to this site. The site may not be directly involved but their site is felicitating scammers.

Overcharge and no way to get in contact and login not available. Just plain fraud.

Bitly Europe GMbH co-owns QR Code Generator with Bitly New York. QR Code Generator offers a nice solution and offers a monthly price. When you sign up to keep the QR code you generated you're suddenly charged an annual fee, not a monthly fee. So I paid for a year in advance for this QR code I'm only going to be using for a few months. They offer no exceptions to their no refund policy - not even a discount for deceiving you about the purchase terms. Stay away from this company.

Make sure you have a list of things you want on your website before purchasing any companies services. Get familiar with what you really need and the cost of such things. They are flexible in their pricing. If you go in with what you exactly want you should be fine.

The couple working at the storage facilities on Edgewater street in Orlando were two of the nicest people that I have encountered working in customer service industry that I have come across the people I'm referring to is Mrs.Jennifer and Mr. Paul I had to return a uhaul and trailer to the facilities that they manages and they were just beyond super nice and they were eager to help me and Mr. Paul even turnes around from driving somewhere else to help me and I just wanted to give them their proper review.

I basically had to cancel my credit card to get them to stop charging me. They are one of these companies that makes it as hard as possible to cancel once you've started a subscription... no phone number and wont respond to emails.

Update Feb 2026: This PoS company tried to say my review was about another company. I double checked and no, it's you, you are just that crap. You stole my money, either refund me or live with the consequences.

Don't trust Bitly's QR service. They show you a monthly subscription price and then charge you for a year - no warning or advertising.

I purchased because they offer custom domains resistered through them.

There was some kind of technical issue choosing the domain on Bitly and after a couple of days of fobbing me off with irrelevant boilerplate emails, they've told me they can't do anything about it.

I can see the domain I selected has been registered by Bitly, too.

Avoid this company.

For many years we have gotten our inboxes full of bitly links containing adult sites.

Bitly has been advised of this many times, but obviously never answered nor acted on any of our reports.

I have to suspect that bitly profits hugely from unsolicited advertisers and junk mailers.

constantly used by hackers as a means to spread malicious email links. Company does nothing to stop it. Hundreds of complaints. I was blocked from complaining on Facebook. They have zero concerns about stopping it other than to cover up the fact they do not intend to.

If I could give a minus 1 I would. Not fit for purpose and no cooling off period after paying for the full year. Couldn't generate QR codes and lost my monthly allowance. Tried to talk to helpdesk and asked me the same thing over and over again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
