Bitmedia refuses to return unspent advertiser funds
We deposited $3,000 for an advertising campaign. Approximately $1,000 was spent on delivered traffic. When we requested withdrawal of the remaining ~$2,000 in unspent funds, Bitmedia refused, citing Clause 7.1 of their Advertiser Agreement which states all deposits are non-refundable regardless of whether any service was delivered.
For context, Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok all refund unspent advertising balances as standard practice.
We raised concerns under the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 (Bitmedia Ltd is a UK-registered company, No. 09469636) and requested escalation to their legal or finance team. No response was received. We have now issued formal notice of our intention to commence county court proceedings.
For the avoidance of doubt: a clause existing in a contract does not make it enforceable. Under UK law, blanket non-refundable terms in standard-form B2B contracts must pass a reasonableness test and retaining funds for services never delivered is unlikely to meet that threshold.
Advertisers should be aware that funds deposited with Bitmedia may not be recoverable, even if unspent.

Bitmedia should introduce USDT/USDC payments for publishers soon. Because the Bitcoin market fluctuates frequently, publisher payments are negatively affected. Coinzilla has supported USDC payments for publishers for a long time, and now it’s time for Bitmedia to add stablecoin payouts for publishers as well.

Good but could be better.
I used bitmedia for the last 3 months as a publisher. I rarely get impressions, for the low impression count my ctr goes high and bitmedia banned me for that reason. But they have good customer support, earning is higher for publishers. But if you have the same problem of low impressions you are at risk of getting banned since low impressions will increase your ctr. And I surprised how some website is literally pushing users to click ads and bitmedia don't banning them. I had really good experience as a publisher but got banned for unknown reason.

Cant say that I liked the experience
Cant say that I liked the experience. Dropped around 1K$ on ads last month and the results were very sus.
The balance was burned in less than 48h, my dashboard showed 0 clicks. When I contacted Bitmedia, I got the following response:"we cant verify statistics on your website'.

Bitmedia.io is scam
I deposited $100 to test Bitmedia for promoting my Binance affiliate campaign.
The results were highly suspicious — Bitmedia’s dashboard showed over 55 clicks, but in Binance's have no click for the exact same referral link with a unique referral code.
I reached out to support, but their response was vague, saying they "don’t know the tracking parameters used by Binance" and found “no issues” on their end.
This experience makes me question the quality and legitimacy of Bitmedia’s traffic.
I hope they can handle this case transparently — otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend Bitmedia to other advertisers until there is clear evidence of real, verifiable traffic.

Bitmedia is a bad ad network for publishers. They ban your account as soon as you request a withdrawal, even if you haven’t violated any of their terms or done anything forbidden. When you contact them, they just say the same thing to everyone — that “advertisers didn’t like your traffic.” This is their excuse for banning publishers instead of paying them.
