As a newbie in the financial trading market, i found it really hard to navigate the dashboard bt with the support of the automated live chat bot, it made it much easier for me to trade, i find their customer support helpful and very fast! still learning and i would rather stick to bitnificent for now.

It wasn't so great from the beginning
It wasn't so great from the beginning, as I was new to crypto and trading in general. I found the whole dashboard too complicated to navigate, with no instructions whatsoever for beginners for beginners. Really frustrated about this; I wish they had more focus on beginner programs!

The only software trading company in the market that provides its users API data with the best UX. Some might find it hard fro, the beginning, but overall it's good. Unfortunately, it's a crypto trader, would be better to work on all mistakes too.
