It's strange that account number is being sent in the chat of the order. Usually it should be saved by the user in advance. So seller should just attached saved accounts with mentioned payment methods.

Telegram bot is now allowing to change the time of the deal. User should go to web to full options for an advertisement.

My first transaction was smooth, and I changed Bitcoin for rubles almost at no cost. I won't give it a 5 star because I had some setup issues that took a little bit too much back and forth with support to resolve; I must say that support was mostly attentive and patient and that after the initial compliance issue was resolved, everything went smoothly and fast.

Trade was easy - sending/withdrawing BTC afterwards was a bit confusing as there is absolutely no record of request until after confirmation(s) have occurred, which was nearly an hour later. Eventually confirmed and sorted.

Made an account (without VPN or something), tried buying Litecoin - got this message instead:
"You have been denied in the establishment of business relationship"

LOL. What a scam!

This is a trusted platform. They have help a lot of people like me. With them I was able to win prizes which help me to pay my bills. I'm very grateful to you @bitpapa. You are always the best.

Overall positive experience. I deposited USDT, it didn't show up in my account so had to contact support. Some hours later it showed up in my account (don't know if support did anything or if it just worked later) then had an easy transaction with a user in escrow.

This website needs work though. No notifications when you receive money at all. Clicking around on their website, you end up in Russian sometimes. There is now no record or trace of ever receiving USDT on my bitpapa account, but the transaction where I sold it to another user is visible in the History section. Lastly, I received $xxxx.54 and traded $xxxx (the whole number) because they don't let you do decimals and should have $0.54 USDT left in my account. There is no trace of the $0.54 so that's gone for good.

I likely won't use the website / service again as it's too unstable for my liking. I should never have to contact support to get my money and the website is missing very important information like deposit information and my remaining small balance.

One good point though... they answered via support fast and then had to escalate to the tech team which I never heard back from. 3/5. Overall positive but not without some fairly serious issues.

I sent 70$ worth of ETH and 13$ worth of bitcoin. 7 hours later it has not reflected yet. Support are just telling me the technical team is checking. This is turning out to be more of a scam. I wish I knew before sending them my hard earned cash!

Awesome experience using person to person trading and extremely fee purchasing crypto with bank card. However you need to lower your cost for network charges when sending crypto to another exchange.
