Having used the service at the free level I was compelled to upgrade to a paid tier due to the ease of use of the website and service.

There are a lot of integrations to get your media on whatever device you want to use. And there is plenty of ways you can consume media, Bitport.io has a way to watch/listen to it.

Only used their customer service once in the year I’ve been using the service and had a reply within the hour and answered my question perfectly.

Downloads and uploads are lightning fast!

These guys are great! I have purchased their service for two years and it works like a charm. I have 100GB allowance and it worth every penny. I had two technical related questions and they did a very positive and supportive action in a very short time to get them solved with my full satisfaction! Great service, good speed, amazing client support! I fully recommend this service if you don't want to have your computer running all day and night, network streaming is also available either by converting and watching via web browser or VLC. The other way is what I use stream from FTP via kodi on a raspberry pi 3. Great and reliable speed even for fullHD content as well (I haven't tested 4K as my tv is just fullHD).

Truly well designed, makes downloading torrents so much easier. It’s a must-have service! The only thing that keeps it from getting a five star rating is that you cannot increase or decrease the level of your subscription easily, unlike practically every other web based service. To go to a lower subscription level, you have to email customer support. This is quite a hassle, and quite unusual. It gives the impression they’re trying to keep you trapped in the service. Not good policy.

1) Download speed - 5/5 - fantastic best out of any i have used.
2) File hosting download - 0/5 Unfortunately none that i know e.g
Keep2share, Rapidgator, Fileboom - some other torrent caching sites
do provide this feature
3) Upload speed - 3/5 - its okay, not too great - Some other sites actually
have some torrents pre cached so the uploads are instant
4) Server locations - 4/5 - they have multiple server locations on different
continents. Not many other sites have this many.
5) User interface - 3/5 - It is also a decent job, not the prettiest but it
gets the job done.
6) Browser extensions - 3/5 - it does have a browser extension but not too sure if it works perfectly yet. I dont want to copy a magnet link address and paste, most other sites have a right click-download with feature. Not sure if Bitport extension is that well equipped as yet.
7) Price - 2.5/5 - this is one of the low points of Bitport. It is more expensive than the others. $12 for 100GB where others are in the vicinity from $6-$10
8) Friendliness of staff - 5/5 - This is very important. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, This is also one of the reasons i am staying with them.

i am quite happy with Bitport, they have fantastic download speeds with servers around the world and very friendly staff support team but slightly on the expensive side and no support for filesharing sites like some of the other paid torrent sites, Yet i am giving them an overall 4/5
