10/10. Great experience. Had an issue with Star Track (no fault of BITSmart). They got everything sorted so quickly to rectify. Instead of putting my parcel back in the hands of Star Track they had it same day couriered to me. thanks heaps guys!!!!

Upon reviewing your order, we found that you ordered the G5 camera by mistake instead of the G6 camera. Your original order was shipped on the following business day from South Australia and delivered the very next day, which was faster than the standard delivery timeframe. Previously, you also provided a 5-star review noting that our service was very fast.
After receiving the G5 camera, you requested an exchange for the G6 model. We provided return instructions for the G5, accepted the return without a restocking fee, and arranged the replacement with the G6 camera. We charged only the price difference between the two models and we covered the shipping costs ourselves.
At the time of your request, the G6 camera was not in stock, with an estimated availability of approximately 10 days from our regular supplier. We also explored alternative suppliers to help expedite the dispatch. We informed you of this by email, and a member of our team also attempted to contact you by phone to explain that the G6 would be shipped as soon as stock became available. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach you by phone.
Once the G6 camera was back in stock, we initiated the shipping process last week. The stock was transferred from Victoria to South Australia and dispatched locally in South Australia, as this is typically faster for delivery to your address.
In summary, we processed the exchange by charging only the price difference, waiving the restocking fee, and covering the shipping costs. We clearly advised that the G6 camera was not available for immediate shipment. There was no intentional delay, and we made every reasonable effort to assist within the limits of stock availability and logistics.
If you feel that our service did not meet your expectations, please accept our sincere apologies. We kindly ask that you consider the steps we took to support you and, if possible, reconsider your review based on the full context of the situation.
