SCAM, they emptied my bank account. AVOID at all costs

SCAM! Waited 2 weeks & order got cancelled .. number of emails later still no communication what so ever threaten to contact payment method and order was cancelled and refund money in minutes no message to say why or what happened with order contact phone number on website is incorrect its for the person who sold company 6 months ago

Waited 5 days for my order and on the 5th day they cancelled my order, no explanation or anything, was relying on it as a gift!!!! Won't be shopping with them again!!!

Purchased a personalised padlock from their site for Valentine’s, first time ever ordering. Ordered and paid on the 9th of feb, they then decided to refund me on the 14th! No explanation just an email to say my order had been cancelled! First and last time that’s for sure 5 days waiting for you to just cancel it without an explanation or an apology. Terrible

Ordered item,, 19 days later still haven't received item tho payment has been taken for it,, several ignored emails no response,, several attempts on there site chat,, no response contacted PayPal to see if can get a refund no response there either! So I'm guessing its £13.99 down the pan :/ will not use this so called company again :(

I ordered something for a gift, leaving 2 weeks for it to arrive. 8working days later I have heard nothing from them. No reply to the messages I sent using the online form and when I called the phone number on the Website I got through to a man who said he’d sold the business 18months ago…

I still haven't received my items 7 days later . No dispatch notice, nothing. I've emailed twice and had no correspondence!!!

Absolutely disgusting service. Would give zero stars. Ordered a personalised xmas bauble for a baby who had very recently passed away this company happily took my money. Then informed me on Xmas eve that it was out of stock. Do not trust this company. Disgusting behaviour.

Poor communication. Ordered 11 days ago, no email to notify me what was happening and no response to messages and emails sent to them! Will not be ordering in the future.

Haven’t received my order 10 days later, was a gift for my daughter to give to her teacher. Sent Loads of email, never heard anything back. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Amazing customer service and really happy with product.

Having ordered a couple of items, after a few days I was informed they were no longer available in time for Christmas - I was happy to have after Christmas but wasn’t given the option and was just told I would get a refund - which I have now eventually had. I have since been on the website to reorder but it still says about the latest time you can order for Christmas. Then I keep getting these surveys to answer about how I found it - well having not received my order as above I cannot comment on the product only on the service, which I found poor.
