Horrible! From 12-09-2025, when i was called back for info and i thought no i don't want it and phone connection was disconnected by itself, till today, 15-09-2025 they are spamming me by phone! I do not pickup and then within a minute they call you again, using other phone number! I dont want to subscribe! Till today, 2-3-2026, still spamming! this is not normal. For 1 and a half week i blocked all incoming phonenumbers, today i removed the block and again spamming! Im gonna change my phonenumber!

Bitsgap will try to avoid refunding money on cancelations
I canceled my account and Bitsgap refused to give me a a 10 month prorated refund. I have screen shots and a PayPal line item showing the cancelation and email cancelations. Bitsgap failed on two accounts, as I never received a refund and they did not cancel my account. I would not recommend Bitsgap to anyone, it is a horrible , dishonest company in my honest opinion.

Not as advertised
My experience so far is not as advertised “Our advanced algorithms analyze thousands of trading pairs, diversify your investments, and execute the most effective trading strategies” Diversify? AI portfolio management puts it all in one crypto, why?
Also the bot stops trading when out of range.
In my opinion this is not “game-changing portfolio management” as advertised.
