My account got blocked the same day my skins stopped being trade protected and i couldnt do anything, i didnt even get actual reason why i got banned and i can only think what really happened from other people on the internet, i understand i got scammed by other people but this site didnt help me saving my money at all, blocking my account the same day i couldnt get them back is extremely shady and seems scammy, i lost my first and only knife, i wanna cry and my wallet is crying.

Our security system is not light — all trades on BitSkins go through our automated bot system, which makes it impossible to lose an item unless the trade was accepted outside the platform or on Steam directly.

After selling my skin, my funds are meant to be locked for 7 days for steam protection, its been 20 days, and at this point my funds are not available, they claim its a glitch, but have been fixing it for some people with the problem, almost feels like a scam, no one is talking about these "missing funds"

Horrible customer support
Horrible customer support, the amount of times I have issues with withdrawing my items that I buy is diabolical. Not only do they make it seem like they are paying you to get those items but they respond extremely late and I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN THE ITEMS I BOUGHT. Their bot cancels the trade within 3 minutes of the trade incoming so now the products are stuck. Horrible website, do not use this!
