Faulty strap but received full refund
I was a bit disappointed that the leather strap I purchased was faulty. It was for my Fitbit Versa 2. Although a replacement was offered, I opted for a refund as needed something ASAP.
My only issue was that no-one answered my calls nor called me back. Emails needs to be responded sooner for a business to run smoothly.

Strap keeps detaching itself
Unfortunately one half of the strap seems to be faulty and it keeps detaching itself and my watch falls off!

Avoid!
Compelled enough to write a bad review, I can’t recommend the rubber replacement Fitbit strap. It is poor quality and rubber has split after a couple of months of daily wear. Disappointed after paying £12.99 for this I would expect better!

Poor product
Delivery, product ordering all fine, but strap (Fitbit Charge 3/4 Strap - Breathable Rubber Strap) has broken after less than 2 months' use.

Good product from UK-based supplier
Trustpilot reviews convinced me to go for Bitstraps - not the cheapest for a Charge2 Fitbit strap, but UK based and responsive to complaints. Ordered Monday, arrived early Friday.
Fit and hold perfectly (after cleaning the Fitbit connectors - see below).
Replaces worn straps that had started falling off and risked losing the Fitbit itself down the loo ; - <
One bit of advice: before attaching new replacement straps (from any source) use a fine point and fingernails and/or an old hard-bristle toothbrush to remove any accumulated 'grot' (dried soap, skin particles (and maybe other less-mentionable deposits) that build up inside and under the strap connections... yuukkk!

Nonexistent Customer Service

Very good service but poor product sadly
Service was very good but wouldn't recommend the product. Watch strap made of quite hard plastic do not very tactile or comfortable.
