Never use this exchange. Comisions are SUPER high to withdraw your money. You want to withdraw 100usd of ETH they will charge you like 50 usd. STAY AWAY

Worst crypto site/exchange as of right now. If you're stuck with Bittrex for exchanging ALT coins, it's a gamble if you'll be able to get to withdraw them. Especially WAXP. Used them for 2 weeks and that coin half of the time isn't available for deposit or withdrawal. Strange how one of the largest NFT sites is crippled by using such a broken exchange like Bittrex.

Using the app on my phone, if I check my email or for authenticator code I need to log back in.

Trying to move crypto to my personal wallet seems impossible with "pending" showing on the transaction for hours or days.

Avoid if you can.

I'd rather poo in my hands and clap then ever use this crowd again!!!! 2 hours waiting for confirmation!!!! NO ONE CAN TRADE LIKE THAT. NO ONE.

scammers ! they breach your private personal data; they keep your face recongition for ten years without disclosing it in their terms and conditions. Their customer 'service' is rubbish'; compliace team are worse. Mr Sigfried Horzog; Maurice Maurice Satzer; Kilian Eberle they are useless people pretending to be compliance officers, but all they do is avoid your questions and fail to provide you with verifiable sources in support of their claims.

I have been using Bittrex Global on and off for a couple years now. Always have been a happy customer. However, you won't have any issues with the platform until you do.

Recently my token deposit to Bittrex did not show up in my wallet (previous deposits did). Contacted support, got a quick reply (within a day) and they escalated my ticket to a wallet specialist. It has been almost two weeks now and have not heard from them since. I get these are crazy times when it comes to crypto, but having to wait while your assets are stuck (when it's not your fault) is not a nice customer experience. Customer Support ticket #510875.

I would not recommend Bittrex (Global) based on this experience.

I have not been able to access my account for about 7 months. I previously have had all my accounts in "wallet maintenance", meaning no access to the crypto whatsoever. No clear instructions on how to get this issue resolved. Lost my phone and access to 2F authenticator, so have been trying to remove 2F authenticator for the last 5 months. Have been going in circles trying to get this resolved. I have at least $7500 dollars in crypto on the exchange.

This exchange is a scam. Have been writing complaints for months. Haven't got any satisfactory response. Can't trade/ sell/ withdraw my money. DO NOT USE IT.

watch out extremely high withdrawal fee - about $40, tried to send coins to another wallet, just want to test the transfer, but still, it is $38 for each transaction. horrible experience. and lost a transaction , they showed clear completed but coins are disappeared in Coinbase. Coinbase has no record at all.

If i could give this -100 i would. Terrible app and platform. Worst I've used. I placed an order for Dodge coin which was supposed to be an instant buy. Money has come out of my bank account but no coin in sight and I wanted to buy and sell quickly. Better off using binance. This platform is rubbish.

Worst support ever. As a UK customer, I have been blocked for over 3 months now. Despite sending them passport and utility bills for ID verification, they still haven't unblocked my account. My email communication is 22 threads. And support doesn't seem to bother to respond. They are still holding over 750GBP worth of assets which I could've traded :(
This makes Coinbase's max of 5-day response a dream.

Do not use this exchange ever, if you want to see your money or crypto currency again.I sent a BTC to BTC withdrawal through them and it just disappeared. They claimed it never happened and it was on the withdrawal list in my account. Absolute scum, they are about as honest as a bunch of thieves. There customer support never replied to any of my support messages. So if you do join remember you just deposited money into there back pocket, you will not see one dollar, pound, euro, any crypto currency again. They will just hide behind there support desk who will never respond to your messages.NEVER EVER USE BITTREX.

Looking for customers from Ukraine, Belarus and other countries. Bittrex blocked our accounts. They refuse to withdraw USD from my account for half a year. Support does not respond. Anyone else with same problem?

The support is terrible. No answer for days.
I have a pending withdraw transaction for 6 days now and opened a support ticket but nobody would answer.
My crypto is stucked, cannot cancel transaction as it gives some sort of error and I just wait for support to give me a solution.

Awful. Ridiculous amount of security.
Correct email and password used, 2 factor authentication used. No. Still can not look at your account because you used a different device. No. I used the same phone, same browser I use for everything.
Try to close account and withdraw anything in account and it’s near damn inpossible

good luck registering, and once that is completed. good luck with buying and selling. worst app so far. monitoring for class action lawsuits

If I could give a negative score I would, this has to be the worst exchange ever, I can’t access my Chromia tokens as they say it’s “offline”, the problem lies with Bittrex not Chromia, I haven’t been able to access them for months. Even when you raise a ticket you get no reply. In the telegram group you just get spammed off with excuses saying the engineers are “working on it”. It has literally been like it for MONTHS.
