This website is a SCAM!!! Why charge to withdraw funds and not take it out of the wallet balance?! 9.3 Ethereum required to transfer out from my wallet. What utter crap. Seems like somebody was requested to do the same. Is there no other means of getting my money out?

I set up an account and sent 15 dollars into my account as a test to see if I could withdraw it . The site won’t let you. It will notify you that your withdrawal has been processed but nothing happens.
