Face recognition issues:
* A significant difference between the selfie and the photo on the document
* Poor lighting conditions resulting in unclear facial images

Network-related issues:
* Network delays or unstable connections during the verification process

We recommend ensuring good lighting, clear images, a stable network connection, and that the entire document is visible when submitting your KYC. If the issue persists, our support team is always available to assist and review the case further.
