We were not funded correctly per our…
We were not funded correctly per our signed contract, they withheld information in the contract and withheld funds, which was never discussed, so we have a signed contract for 15k and I spoke with the rep he stated the same, signed the contract for 14,5 to be funded minues fees, and we only received 7400.00 out of 15k. It was their error, they stated this to me in the call. Full disclosure they put us in a worse situation that what we were in to behin with, we cannot even used the funds given for what they were for because they kept half of them

Service was horrendous
I have used Biz2Credit in the past and will probably use them again. But the team servicing me this time was terrible. Poor and untimely communication. My primary contact was with Pranay, a support person who knew more than the lead, Gary Wilson. My interaction with the lead, drove my rating and would be a reason not to do business with Biz2Credit in the future.

Inaccurate updates/no follow ups
I sent all of my information to mark johnson and his associate, Himanshu. After multiple follow ups i received emails stating I should have a decision in a few hours. That never happened. I continue to email with updates and no response. I am concerned that I’ve shared confidential information about my business with a scam. This process has not gone the way they said it would, and the lack of response is very concerning.

They took an additional payment
They took an additional payment outside of the allowed payment and then have kept my money telling me it has to clear their side when my bank shows that it was taken on the 29th and they say they will not issue the refund until the June 4th and then it will take another 3 to 5 business days to get my money back after that. That is a full 10 days without my money they were not authorized to take. Make sure if you are ending your loan that you call them or you will end up in this same boat. Now my account is going to bounce because they took an extra payment that was not authorized and will not give me back my money timely!!!!!
