Can't meet shipping times, terrible for refund
Ordered on 6 Jan. Paid extra for fast shipping. Was to receive the product by 14 Jan. Got it on 6 Feb. In the interim I repurchased at a physical shop instead of online. Customer service gave me every reason under the sun why they could not refund, then convoluted refund instructions, finally refunded a much smaller amount than my order. Misleading website- appears .au, but shipped from overseas.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a printer. Not received my Item- very delayed. Customer service is just a loop of AI bots with no human oversight. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service from Bizay. I paid a premium for guaranteed delivery by 8 January for my business supplies, but it is now 13 January and the order still hasn't arrived.
When I contacted support to request a refund for the express shipping fee (as the guaranteed service was clearly not provided), I was ignored and sent automated, generic replies telling me to "just check the tracking."
As a business owner, I rely on these dates to service my clients. It is unprofessional to sell a guaranteed delivery service and then refuse to take responsibility when those dates are missed.
