Easy to order, real support on the design as my order needed fine tuning and they did it.
Delivery was even faster than expected.

I ordered Business cards on the 14.8 i payed extra for the delivery. First it said delivery at the 28.8 then 4.8 and now 16.9 im pretty mad about it bc i wait so long even with extra payment and it still didnt arrive

The cards are pefect, the delivery was also perfect

I don’t know how this shop can exist. It is very bad service. I paid an extra amount for a faster delivery and then I received the order 2 days later and not complete. One part of my order is missing. With my experience I wouldn’t recommend to order there. It is much better to support your local printers and you know who is responsible for this.

HORRIBLE!!!

I made an order of flyers, you have to choose the delivery date - earlier you want them, more you need to pay… I made 2 orderes and wanted them both on the 27th of June, as I was planning to distribute them over the weekend and it is 30th of June and I have no flyers and no chance to connect with a support member, as you only can contact them via forms and virtual assistant..

It is really bad.. Plus they order it in Portugal, knowing this, I would have done it myself.. I assumed it was a Swiss company and the delivery will be easy..

I ordered stickers for my business. The website has some issues - specially the part where you upload your image. You need to give better instructions about the sizing etc. Also the downloadable template is useless.

I am happy with the quality of stickers and that the delivery was one week faster as planed.

I also didn't like the extra charges you put after selecting stickers (which come with low price) - mandatory technical review; and extra costs for faster delivery (e.g. in one week) - that's a bit ridicolous. It would look more fair, if you just increase the price of the stickers.

shipping was fast, price reasonable print quality great. Sticker maybe a little thin, but for our purpose it's great.

We have had a terrible experience so far with Bizay. They keep pushing back month by month our order delivery time, and we are only made aware everytime we create a ticket on their site. However, there is no way to reply or communicate back with them and there is no customer service to discuss what is happening.

Don't trust them. They will change a delivery date and not tell you. If anything is time sensitive don't use them

Tried a second order after 3 months due to the fact a friend kept pointing he was fine (not happy but fine) with Bizay. Got a second owful experience with super poor quality stuff delivered (as first experience, according to what they said the goods ordered are been sent 2 times but never been delivered). Color-set screwed. Several items delivered were even damaged. But the best is the customer care which keeps to be non-existent.

Everything went smooth, from the design of the stickers to the delivery.
