I received the flyers for my company…
I received the flyers for my company and the quality is VERY BAD!!! They are black spots and lines on the print. I don't recommend Bizay if you would like a professional & well finished product for your company.

Cheapened my design
I dont hate it, but it's not what I expected.
The design came out much darker and more saturated than what I had uploaded, and I was surprised because there is a charge for professionals to have a look at the design.
The second issue is that it asked if I want the card to be matt or glossy, and I selected glossy on the front matt at the back, but while it looks matt it still feels glossy which will make the cards a nightmare to write on.

I do not recommend Bizay at all
I do not recommend Bizay at all. When you place an order, you are given the choice to receive the order with different delivery deadlines at increased costs. I have accepted to pay more and instead of receiving the goods on October 6th, I received them on October 25th. Our celebration was held on October 21th and the order totally useless. Bizay justified this with ‘delays in the production’ but this is not an acceptable excuse, especially when customers are asked to pay more to get an early delivery. I will not order again anything from Bizay and I strongly recommend not to consider it. Furthermore you never have the chance to interact with anyone. Very bad service and concept of service.
Only today (January 2nd, 2023) I have read the reply from Bizay saying that "Regarding the reason why you presented your complaint, we found that it has already been resolved.". I do not quite understand what do you mean by this. Nothing was solved. I also had hard time to get rid of your advertising messages that were literally spamming my mailbox. You have solved nothing and it is quite annoying to read that instead of finding real solutions to your bad service, you try to induce other customers to believe that problems were promptly solved. Unbelievable. Never again.

business card
I received the first pack of business cards and more than half of them had a gray line on the left side near to the cut line. The quality is not acceptable.
Although Bizay sent me a new package right away. But the first production was really unacceptable.
So I can only 3+1 stars.
