Empty promises
I paid for express delivery, because I was need the business cards to special project. One day after delivery time they wrote me that shipment is ready to pickup by delivery company. When I started communicate with them and want my money back (because they didn't keep the their rules) they stopped communicating with me and they blocked me for another sign in to their chat system. It is a band of liars and thieves.

delivery was delayed by 14 days
delivery was delayed by 14 days. no one contacted me beforehand. The first of the three ordered items arrived 1 day late, the other 14 days later. this is the second time this has happened to me even though i was told it was an anomaly. very disappointed with the speed. I waited a month!

Wrong QR code on my card :-(.
Unfortunatelly the QR code on my card is not working because it is not readable. You can try it and scan it with iPhone. It spoils the entire business card.
Everything other is absolutely OK. The business cards arrived in time, the price is very good. Quality also.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Bad quality business card prints were sent to me and it took them more than 3 months to refund me. They only sent a refund after I threatened them with a lawyer. Customer service is ridicolously slow and unresponsive. Take your money elsewhere.

I had no problem with the product
I had no problem with the product, although Bizay claims to be the cheapest printing service - and it probably is so except when you get to the shipping fees. You gotta pay for it if you want to get your product in reasonable time. Makes no sense to me why shipping needs to be so expensive.
