EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED – MISSING ITEM AND ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY
I ordered two items but only received one, yet the order was marked as “delivered.” I double-checked with my neighbour and around my property — nothing was left behind. When I contacted the seller, they completely ignored the fact that THE SECOND ITEM WAS NEVER INCLUDED in the package.
Their response was basically: “Tracking says successfully delivered.”
Yes — it was delivered, but YOU forgot to include my second item!
Instead of acknowledging a packing error or offering any solution, they hid behind the tracking information and left me with no way to resolve the issue. This is terrible customer service.

CUSTOMER SERVICE &CANCELLATION REQUESTS!
My brochure design is not working with Bizay. They've offered to design the same brochure for $7.50. This design fits Canva Brochure orders. I've asked the customer service chat to refund my brochure orders. the only reply I get is "I don't Understand". Their customer service dept. is difficult to find and once found no person, just AI. I need help with this refund before printing the design that doesn't fit their conforming size.

No customer service
I placed an order for customised lighters and paid extra to arrive by a certain date for an event. I received an email from courier to advise they were returned to sender for “dangerous goods” and to contact sender with regards to the order. I made 2 customer care enquiries weeks ago and have received no response. There is no phone number for the company so I am out of pocket now for an order I no longer require. Would not recommend to anyone due to the absence of customer service.
